At least Britain finally arrested Anjem Choudary for recruiting terrorists. After he openly bragged about recruiting terrorists for years. He even received 25,000 pounds a year in government benefits while he did so. He was caught on video calling his Government benefits a "Jihadist seekers fee". Fantastic interview. lots of great points and some very uncomfortable truths being discussed. This is where I think a large % of westerners (mainly on the left but also on the centre-right) run for the hills or stick their head in the sand as the 'Gad-Father' would say. They simply do not wish to be confronted by any sort of harsh truths because if they admit the truth then it will lead to them having some very uncomfortable interactions with friends/family/colleagues and they may even lose friendships over it. Most people will seek to avoid conflict and confrontation and try to get along with their fellow man (or woman!) and this is where the convenient lies ("Islam is a religion of peace", ISIS are not true muslims and are twisting the Koran etc...) come in to play. It would be far easier to just believe these comforting lies and get on with our lives safe in the knowledge that we are not required to say or do anything.

Mutliculturalism works, up until the point Islam inserts it's will on secular values. Indians, Chinese, Jews, Blacks (non-muslim), Latin cultures, etc all managed to keep their way of life while integrating it into secular democracy. Sikhs, Bhuddists, Jews, Christians, and every other religion managed to adapt while staying as true as possible to their old traditions. I can only speak for Toronto Canada, but it's always been a pretty successful experiment. Each culture has their own little "town" and we all get on with it. It started getting shitty with the anti-white, anti-patriotic political correctness. With bill M-103, plus the rise of Islamist apologism, things are even more tense and weird than I can remember, for all cultures.

I fear there will be no removal or ignoring of the ( shall we say ) 'uncharitable' words and expressions in the Koran. While the bible is said to be the 'inspired word of god', the Koran is 'the absolute and final word' dictated via Gabriel. The 'rules' of the bible are thus negotiable, until the time comes and it ceases to be. The Koran is not. Any change in the Koran is therefore an act of apostasy and any deviation an act of disobedience. If the current generation were to adopt a moderate stance you can guarantee that future generations absolutely will, once more, pick up the literal interpretation which is exactly how the Koran should be read. The current mayor of London is going to be doing his best to reinforce the image of the democratic, liberal and moderate Muslim while laying the ground to leverage law to the future advantage of Islam. The child marriages, amputations, stonings where rape victims cannot produce witnesses : They will come if they have not already arrived. First among their own and then to the rest as their power increases. I fear for the future, not as much for its laws but for the darkness in which the people will walk.

Waters is deft and spot-on. We must do what must be done and then deal with and contain Muslims who riot in the streets as a result of the implementation of our laws. Western Muslims must be made to understand that we have our own ethos. If they want to live among us they must learn to respect them. We have no choice but to be guided by what we believe . Waters is correct; There is compromise - no middle ground. We either rigorously uphold our values or surrender and give up or what we stand for. And the later is not an option.
