Form is by far the most overrated thing in bodybuilding. and basic logic shows that. Look at the difference in form between say nick walker and guys like branch warren or ronnie coleman. Completely different approaches in form and rep execution and yet both groups get great results. What they have in common is what is really important for results- similar drugs, food, recovery, and of course genetics.

Tonight was my first day back after a week of being sick too.. I was taxed and cut it to 3 back movements and some 3 triceps and called it a day… I feel you J

NICE AND TALL... exactly Justin ! By keeping your feet under you,possibly behind you instead of in front helps keep chest arched outward

@Justin Shier-Advise Please-I am a big believer of the Dorian and Mentzer training style, therefore, it is 1 set to failure for a particular exercise. i do inclined converging most of the time and I always thought that inclined cable fly (seated flat but emphasis on top chest) would be redundant since the inclined press also converges, What is your take on switching between movements session to session OR having both in the same session. Thanks

The best form I've developed on that chest prèss was to keep my feet under my chair(directly under my hips. (ALL my bio-mechaniics I've learned through Jim Quinn and late great Billy "Thunder" Smith

@JustinShier when you use the Hammer Strength Incline Bench are you putting any arch in your back like when you would setup on a regular flat bench press? How do you like to set into the machine and feel it. I feel like once I go heavier weight. I just don't get that contraction/mind muscle connection in my pecs. Suggestions?
