"No one pleads with the Father on your behalf." Man, the whole message is a beautiful and precious one but those words especially shook me deeply. I've been having a more tranquil mind toward this season of festivity. Less stress about it. More focusing towards some other things, things that are hidden and in plain sight. It's been nice. I had an experience years ago that taught me that God and Jesus Christ are real eternal beings with infinite capacity to love me unconditionally. I have since learned that I am not alone in experiences like this, where I felt his presence, a hug, and an energy surge through my entire body which was powerfully exhaustive of my entire sensory system. At the time I was contemplating ending my life, and feeling the lowest I could have possibly felt - wanting to not exist. I knelt in prayer to a God I had been taught existed my whole life, and I gained my own personal witness that this is not just some teaching in churches around the world…its real, they are real. God the Father, and His Son Jesus Christ are real and their love/power is real. I have retained that memory and knowledge of that experience since I was about 15-16 years old. I know I am never alone in spirit, though I cannot see Them, I know they exist more than I know things I see exist. I want love to spread across the world, and if I can just carry love to the person near me, and everyone did the same, it would spread through the world. Small, simple things, across an entire populace = great things. Great message. Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you find God and stay near Him.

I suggest reading more about Russell M. Nelson in his 1979 autobiography, "From Heart to Heart". Specifically, Page 48 and his affiliations with societies at the U (University of Utah). George Bush & John Kerry are in the "Brotherhood" with Nelson. Read Nelson's own words. Wow!

Just remember. Not everyone receives that level of glory in the next life. I encourage you to think about the fact that God had a son that was separate from himself, and in the end, Jesus will come back again. Not the Father... There are paths we follow in the next life and decisions we continue to make that determine where we keep going, but the process of progress is eternal. Therefore, if we are the children of an all powerful God and progress is an eternal process, how can we not have the possibility to inherit the same things from our father. And "being a god" is the same idea as dying and "becoming one" with God or whatever they believe. It was taught in almost every type of religion throughout time until the Christian church decided to say that was blasphemy, because they didn't want people thinking their relationship with God was more important than the power of the church.
