My Citrus trees have about every disease under the sun, but using neem oil reduced a lot of the symptoms allowing them to still produce fruit. I buy straight neem oil and add a tablespoon with couple drops of castile soap to a gallon sprayer.

I use soapy water to wash them off. It works well. I'm in a desert so it dries them out I think.
