Update On Using Neem Oil to Treat Dwarf Coconut Mealy Bug Issues

I had this same thing and tried wiping them, and using neem oil and live in SoCal and it killed all my coconuts, the stem rotted and became lose to where it could be pulled out so easy, leaves all dried and of course, I kept cutting them off, but i couldn't save em...I had them in the house during winter so yes they were all potted. I lost about 20 of them in last 2 weeks, I am so said....

use more neem cakes and oil..after coconut tree body sweet is changing...

I wouldn't worry about the mealybugs killing the coconut, however it won't be nearly as healthy with the infestation.
