Excellent vlog. I used to grind my coffee decades ago but I have been drinking instant for the convivence. But, now that I am retired I have the luxury of time to get back into grinding my coffee. I have been using a French press for last few years, I do have a grinder albeit a cheap one. I have been wondering if pour over is better. I do like strong coffee of the dark roast variety so for that would a pour over be better than French press?

What can you say to someone who thinks light roast tastes green and unfinished, hates bitterness, loves dark and sweet either black or in a cappuccino? Currently into one or another Italian since I can't afford pure Kona.

Great video on the range of coffee set ups! My BF who is a huge coffee/espresso nerd/drinker we have the Niche, Acaia and a Linea mini at home. (A small fortune just on one counter of our kitchen and I don't even drink espresso or coffee!) He also just started roasting his own coffee with a Behmor2000.
