this is the essay that got me into my dream school
(all clips in this video were filmed by me, yes even the ones in 2015 and the drone shot :) )
now, this is a twist on the whole reading ivy league essay/common app essay type videos. I'm tryna manifest myself in being a great videomaker and storyteller for y'all, so I was hoping that vlogging and reading my essay attributed to that.

This was great! Also, in another video when you talked about SATs, ACTs, & APs being basically necessary if you want to be considered... what about if someone worked as hard as they could during the pandemic, has a 4.5 weighted and 4.0 unweighted GPA and had multiple interesting extracurriculars, passion projects, and leadership opportunities but NO test scores? How would they get in? It's really disturbing to think about; do you think schools really DO care about a lack of test scores even though they state "test optional" during covid?

I got into UPenn ED “test optional” this year and the test scores don’t define who you are honestly! You will be considered if your application encapsulates who you are as a person, you got this !
