Disney Dave Down Under Yeah and I assume you don't have game of thrones on blu ray because you want to wait until it is finished so you can buy it in a nice boxset from jbhifi which is what I am doing so I just use itunes to watch it for now. I also hope to get star wars rebels season 3 from amazon since the home distributors can't seem to get their shit together here

Funnily enough, I've actually been buying the seasons whenever there's a HBO special. I've usually only paid $15-$20 each season. Though a nice big boxset would be great, I've just found it easier to buy as they're available. Looking forward to getting into it once the series ends. Ugh, tell me about it! I bought the Rebels Season 1 steelbook through Zavvi assuming they'd do the entire series in steels, but then never bothered with season 2 or 3 steels. Considering selling off the season 1 steel and buying the complete boxset when the series ends. I have the Clone Wars box, so that'll be a nice companion.

Disney Dave Down Under yeah it is so annoying how Australia gets the short stick nearly all the time. Why does the world hate us. Huh Rebels season 3 will be available to buy on blu ray on amazon soon and if I can find a good price I will buy it.

Yep, it's really annoying. We get ripped off a lot of the time. Try importcds-aus on eBay. It's the Australian eBay account for the website Import CDs, they're usually incredibly competitive with Amazon, and their eBay account is usually cheaper than the actual website. Either that or a seller named carmenymario sells a lot of US sets reeallllyyyy cheaply. He opens them up and sells off the digital and DMR codes separately then sells the set really cheap. You might find a good deal on either one!

I've actually watched Patriots Day since filming this and absolutely loved it. I thought it was fantastic! Looking forward to Lion and actually really excited to watch Live By Night. I love most everything Affleck does and I love a good noir. So, I think I'll enjoy it

Hi Dave, I will have to go through this with a note pad as you go so fast. There are a few titles I have never heard of that I'm very interested which seem to have an Australian only release (just ordered Mr Pip). This is why it's a good reason to watch collection videos, they you information of what is available in other countries, so thank you for that. I look forward to the next installment, take care.

Hahaha, sorry for going through them so quick. There's so many titles in the collection, I just wanted to smash them out in an afternoon and in a few short-ish videos. There's quite a few titles out here that I've been very surprised to learn are only released in Australia. For example, the Steve Martin / Goldie Hawn movie Housesitter recently got a release here, but nowhere else. We also recently got a release of the original Carl Sagan Cosmos series. I'm surprised to hear that Mr. Pip is Australian only. I'm looking forward to that one. Have been enjoying your collection videos myself. Take care Alan!

Hi Dave, no need to apologise I loved the non watched collection video, damn no I want Housesitter I love that movie too, yes I think there were a dozen or more in that video I want, It's the same all over the world with countries having exclusive blurays but at leased Australia is the same region as Europe so that's a bonus (wow if your watching mine then I suggest popcorn and a large drink they go on forever lol)

I think an American user was going to order some discs in JB Hi-Fi's 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' deal and was asking about Australian-exclusive films. There was a huge list of them in the end. I never knew JB shipped international, but apparently they do. And apparently shipping costs are good too. LOVE that you and I share regions. I can order anything I want from Amazon UK without having to worry about stupid Region coding. And Amazon UK works out so cheap for me these days. Added bonus that VAT gets removed at check-out because I'm international. And the VAT cost is usually fairly. Lose to the shipping costs, so I always feel I'm getting free shipping. Love it. Love it!

Funny enough, I created an order and did a little test to see if it was cheaper to order a bulk order, sent to Aus minus vat, or to the UK with free shipping to my girlfriend's house. It came out cheaper to ship to Aus... can you believe that?!

😂😂😂 yeah I did. She's such a wonderful girl. I was actually at school with her around the time she filmed that. Obviously she disappeared for a little while then came back. She didn't really have fond memories of filming that, sadly. I don't think she wanted to return for a second because Jim Carey gave everyone on set hell. Partly why they never did any more. I actually have a movie-tie-in omnibus of the first three books, with a photo of her on the cover, signed by her somewhere in my collection 😊

Wow, so interesting! Wouldn't have guessed that! It's sad that such a good movie was made in a context so bad. Would have loved to see a sequel since I loved the books, but considering that, I'm glad they didn't. I would love to see that piece :O (Like I said, those books and movie are so significant for me :P It's probably the only non-Disney or animated movie (Wizard of Oz aside) that I love so much :P ) Must be a really great thing to own! Your collection is amazing! How do you choose what to buy and what not to, since you do buy things you never watched before (I do too, but mostly animated films, so my collection isn't that big :P )?

Thanks mate! Every collection starts somewhere. I remember when I only had a handful of movies in my Blu-ray collection. That was close to 10 years ago now. All you gotta do is take it slowly, and build your collection over time. Doesn't happen over night, but you'll get there one day! Happy collecting!

Explaining Ninja Turtles to someone who has never got/heard of them. Okay, so you know the MCU as it stands now right. Keep all the popularity, minus the internet and social media, and you've got the TMNT. They where the wise cracking superheroes that made no real since before Deadpool was knocking off Deathstroke and Marvel was selling everything to the highest bidders. Early 90s kids know what they are, they've kept it going, but kids kind of grew out of it, it's no longer #1 to them, it's now lucky to be in the top 10.

War Horse is a DreamWorks film but was distributed through Disney as part of their 5-year / 30-picture distribution deal with DreamWorks 😊

Belle is so good! It is such a beautiful film and gugu is both so stunning and talented in it. Tbh it made me bitter that batb 17 cast the perfect belle as the feather duster in favor of "hey everybody! We're milking your nostalgia for all its worth we have hermione!! Give us your money now k thnx bye!" I will go to my grave thinking batb17 could have been more than just a cash grab if only they made gugu belle. Bright star is also really good, and I enjoyed mirror mirror it was a fun movie with beautiful costumes AND the dwarves are all played by actors with dwarfism. We need to talk about Kevin is so dark and twisted and depressing I didn't care for it.
