Hi 👋 I have not discovered any chemical exfoliation yet as I think I am too young for that... But... For body and face , I use home made ubtan , the exfoliant is grinded orange peels. Also tried the mcaffine body scrub that I gifted my mom,😅 Works well for removing tan. For lips, I like to very gently rub my lips with a towel after shower, removes dead skin😊 Also, thankyou ma'am for keeping separate giveaways for ig and youtube🎉

I am 29 Female -and I have been using Tretinoin for my face and underarms 5 days a week for 4 months now, so both my face and underarms are completely smooth, even, and bright, and I don't need any exfoliating products for both. -I do shave my face and underarms once in a month - I use Dove body scrub once in a week for my body along with using body lotion with lactic acid. -I shave body hair once in two weeks so that also works as good exfoliating method. -For my hair I use sulphate based shampoo once a week, and it cleans my hair without any damage(been doing this for 2 years now), and my hair is thick, black, and shiny - For lips, I use bliscent lip balm, and in two hours it melts off all dead skin, and I just remove it with a hanky

Did u use tretinoin as a beginner? Because I heard you need to be used to retinol first then you can use tretinoin because it's really strong...I wanna use tretinoin too 😅 can you suggest what I should do as an absolute beginner?

I didn't use tret as a beginner...for 4 months I first used minimalist's retinol lowest strength and then increased it to highest strength offered by minimalist for another 5 months and then once my skin got used to retinol for almost 9 months, I started with tretinoin 0.25%- pea sized amount at night after oil cleansing with bioderma's oil cleanser and then using Simple's face wash...I started it with thrice a week for a month then alternate days for another month and then 5 days a week. Do not wash your face twice when using tret...I mean washing face once in evening with double cleansing method is enough then put tret and follow it up with bioderma's atoderm creme moisturizer...next day just wash your face with water in the morning and put a good layer of moisturizer...avoid any other active with tret cuz you don't need anything else, it will wipe out 99% of your problems. Also use sunscreen daily with tret if you go out...if you don't go out and stay away from windows and all then it's not necessary... however you can still put sunscreen if you wish too cuz it's only going to be good for you

I have tried exfoliating serums before but no matter how gentle it is, it irritated my skin. So now i only use physical scrub(earth rhythm oatmeal and ceramide). It works well for me. Maybe I will try exfoliating serums again after few years but for now I am fine with physical scrubs.

I love using M caffeine espresso face scrub works great for me. My skin feels like silk after using it.Another favourite is any tretinoin cream from a pharmacy it helps increase cell turnover and removes dead skin,acne marks in just few days😁 I like to apply it over my neck and as spot correction for acne marks as well. I am scared of over-exfoliation too! As being on the sensitive side my skin has to get used to the product. The clay mask is great. I have tried the Innisfree Super volcanic pore clay mask. It is good and suits my skin as well, I usually do this once a week or two depending on how my skin feels. Also, salicylic acid cleansers keep acne or whiteheads away and I have also tried Wishtrend mandalic acid 5% skin prep in the past. Worked well for me For hair- I use Love Beauty and Planet anti-dandruff scalp scrub. It's so good. I don't have dandruff but it soothes my scalp instantly as in summer especially when it's humid the back side of my hair tends to get very sweaty when I sleep.😂😂 For my body, I don't exfoliate every day but sometimes I use Plum body scrub with 1% glycolic acid and I have watched this trend of applying glycolic acid to your armpits that really helped with darkening of the skin around that area. But when I shave my skin or body I tend to use only Aloe vera gel from The Love Co and Pilgrim, both the products are so good. Helps calm my skin when my skin is sensitized. I exfoliate using homegrown loofah (very famous in Bengali households). Body lotions- Derma Co 1% kojic acid body lotion (I don't use it when I have freshly shaved my body) and in general I love using plum bodyloving vanilla caramello body lotion. Smells heavenly ❤ but to be true I avoid body lotion if it's very humid and instead just use some sunscreen.

I have pilgrim's 25% Aha, 2% Bha, 5% Pha Peeling Solution. I watched one of your previous videos of this product in order to use it. I use this once every 15 to 20 days in order to tame my textures and all. I also sometimes use foxtale's The Diva Over Night Glow Mask but i don't think i am that big of a fan of it. I have also tried pilgrim's Patuá & AHA BHA Scalp Scrub for my oily scalp. I like this product too. Rest i use homemade scrubs for my body with coffee, sugar, honey, and bodywash and use multani mitti mixed with some curd on weekly basis.

I used once a week only after using a face mask which can be anything depending upon, then i go with this peeling solution, and then with a Nivea moisturizer. Since the serums I use are mildly exfoliating in nature , I don't use any other chemical peels instead I use very mild and gentle physical exfoliation with rice flour and licorice powder mixed with curd and apply it as thick paste leave it for 10 minutes and gently massage it and wash it that's it.
