Thank you! Love the Perfect Push ups! I like how they allow you to start higher & go lower. Not sure how to say that... Pretty cool! 👍 Love that house... 😊🤗

do you do all sets back to back? i started doing chest workout consistently about 3 months ago and I still find that it takes me around 5 minutes wait for my arms to gain their strenght back.

I do them as back-to-back as I can, but the rest times definitely get longer as I go through the routine. When I first started, I would always time myself (and still do) and try to shorten the rest times by a few seconds each time, and now I only wait about 30-45 seconds between each set even at the end of the routine.

I added some chest workouts into my gym routine a couple years ago, just to switch things up a bit, since I had only been doing push-ups for so many years. I'll make a video showing that routine as well !

So the thing is… I kind of don’t believe you need to do ab workouts to have abs. I might be wrong, but I think to have visible abs, it’s about losing fat, so it’s more related to diet and overall exercise. Also, for some people it can be really difficult to achieve, because they hold more fat in that area. But I think the key is to lose body fat overall. I actually stopped doing ab workouts years ago and noticed no difference in that area. Hope this helps!!
