Done, half of it. Made it my own, by avoiding too much weight on wrists (elbow pushup stance) since I had a bit of pain already before the workout, and split it to do the other half on another day. Thank you Kay!!

Holy finisher! I wasn't ready for that. I didn't even use a weight for the jumping Jack's. Great workout. I used 20 for everything except 12 for shoulder presses & 5 for the rear delt flies and lateral raises.

Definitely a 💦session. 50 minutes was not noticeable because the routine was so well thought of.👊. I had to do some variation with the weights windmill / side plank (I've discovered my limit... for now 😊) but I agree with everyone this was 'amazing' and 'great'. Thank you so much for taking us out of our comfort zone and helping us realize our true potential in making ourselves better - mind, body and overall health! 💪👍❤👊

Overall, a great sweaty workout. I have to take a break at commando, so a minute break in the middle would be nice. Also, it would be more perfect if the exercises are grouped by the weight. Then we don't have to worry about swapping. Thank you.

J'adore ces entraînements avec des poids différents, ça permet de varier l'intensité c'est top, bon j'ai commencé avec 10kg pour les poids les plus lourds mais je suis vite passée à 9kg 😅, il y a même certains exercices où j'ai pris les plus légers alors que les lourds étaient préconisés mais l'important c'est de travailler dur❤ Merci Kay

Inzwischen liebe ich es, sie in mein Programm einzubauen. Mal gezwungenermaßen wegen Achilles-/Knieproblemen. Heut gab es noch einen cycling 🚴🏻♀️ Kurs im Anschluss und es war grandios 🏋🏻♀️💪🏻🔥💯

50 Minuten waren überhaupt nicht zu lang, hat echt alle Muskeln im Oberkörper gereizt :) Ich fand nur schade das es öfter zwischen den Gewichten gewechselt hat.. dadurch musste ich öfter längere Pausen machen um meine Gewichte umzustecken. Ich denke viele haben zuhause nur so Hantelstangen mit variablem Gewicht weil es sonst zu teuer ist geteilt in erst schwer und dann leicht oder one dumbell wäre super! Danke für deine Arbeit hier💞
