Thanks just picked it up i love it. My airsofting friends had a discussion on what to use as a loadout for end of the world. I recommended your loadout since it's compact and won't weigh anyone down.
@dofair12 жыл бұрын
Yeah you can also buy this item that slides in and you can add things you want to remove fast. There are also things you can add to the front and sides for quicker access.

I have this same backpack, it can carry a pretty good load. I really like how padded the shoulder straps and waist strap is, and the back portion. It is a better pack than some smaller packs, just don't load as much in it and it rides like a champ. I've never seen the Gear Pods before I'll be checking them out. I've been switching out heavier gear for lighter things and always like seeing new ideas so thanks for that. Don't stop getting out there and pushing limits. And don't let bad times get you down. Just remember just about everyone you know out there is going through or been through something, and they keep on truckin. Gotta find what makes you happy and do it although some times it is nice to find a place to reflect and remember as long as you don't get stuck there. ATB -Curt

The company London Bridge has by far the best assult packs on the market..I had one that was designed to my specs what pockets and where they went and rigged to jump...I'm glad 82nd paid for it cause it ran $350...that's where I got into the 1000 stuff..the one I currently use is by 5.11 and it's decent 1000 denair great pocket placement..USABLE pockets feels good on the shoulders and it was under $100.....the condor I had didn't survive a bike wreck on asphalt....and it's hard to teach anyone these days especially the young'ens.......when and where did you serve

Awesome review really enjoyed. And remember everyone has personal preference on things. After reviewing the condition of Condor 3-day assault bag in multi cam a close friend took on he’s military deployment for 12 months. I found the bag to be in outstanding condition when he returned with it!!! He said he intentionally put it threw the ringer. He said it performed awesomely in the field and on patrols. After hearing all the bashing of Condor products and there always being a problem. I find this to be the ultimate test!!! Not some camping trip for a weekend. His brother is now going to take it to use on the Appalachian trail. I need no other proof that it’s a quality pack worth the money not just a name. Awesome Bag Condor and would highly recommend this bag!!!! One can always get a bad bag but that’s with anything.

Great video brother! Keep going. I've been borderline with Gear Pods. And after seeing that pack, I might get the whole set up you have. Screw the haters. You can NEVER be too prepared. I love that you have so much with you.
@cthulhu66975 жыл бұрын
+dofair Those Gear Pods are cool, glad you showed them. I can't believe people are saying you carry too much stuff, if they want to carry a few items they need a day pack and this is a 5 day bag ( if you know what to pack, how to pack, and make full use of your MOLLE you can live for a week in that ruck. I use it when I don't want to lug my ILBE with assault pack attached. I want to take mine to a seamstress and have the front MOLLE panel clam shell open so I can add a bunch of rows of a bunch or loops to carry more added to it on the front of that big front pocket the panel is in front of). When I run guns and gear in the woods around my house ( the only advantage to living in the mountains in the middle of nowhere is that I can go in the woods, run my gear and guns, hunt, fish, shoot a lot, etc.......) I'm usually wearing a tac vest/plate carrier, several guns, lots of mags and extra rounds ( basically more than what a military man would carry with full combat load), trauma kit/MFAK, plus lots of meds/drugs ( I have chronic pain and panic disorder, plus I like to get fucked up, so it's my prescribed opioids and benzos, plus some other goodies I procure for a couple/few days in the woods running gear, guns, shooting, and getting fucked up lol :) ) and some "tactical whiskey". You forgot to show the hydration compartment that lets you carry 2 100 ounce Camel Baks/hydration bladders, very handy). BTW, I hope you're feeling better. I'm aware this is an old video, but I know what it's like to get screwed by a girl. My girl of 14 years started cheating on me and dating another guy and didn't have the balls to even tell me, I had to find that shit out and it still hurts like hell 2 years later. We've been thru everything together and I'll never have that connection and those experiences with anyone again ( I'm 45 now, so it's a lot of life events and stuff that I can't go back to, some I wouldn't go back to but we went thru a lot together). Anyway, I know where you're coming from. Good review as well. How's the ruck holding up? Mines a pretty new acquisition so I'm curious as to their longevity

The frontier because it has way more stuff. Nice thing about gearpods is you can buy empty ones and fill them your selves. But they make great complete kits

Yes a local store near my home called Evike.com in alhambra CA has it. I tested it out and it fits perfectly. The sales representative showed me that the waist belt can be detached from a velcro part behind the center pad.

Not negative I've just had bad luck with Condor packs...especially the 600 denair stuff...but you get what you pay for I guess..I wouldn't pay for Blackhawk name either but if your going for decent assult packs, anything that is 1000 denair or greater are usually suffice..they are a little heavier, but what is a pound versus all of your stuff slung out across the woods when you really need it....great vid
@allhardr0ck11 жыл бұрын
Phenomenal video. With the water and and all the items how much does it weigh? I know alot of "Tactical" people always harp on "you gotta save ounces and weight is a big killer" but either way it didnt look bad at all. It actually have a BLACKHAWK! Ultra Light 3-Day Assault Pack - Black on the way and I already have a army 3 day assault pack from my deployment to iraq but i always rearrange my stuff but thanks for the ideas and a different perspective.

If one was to carry a laptop how would we secure the laptop sleeve?( since there are 4 straps that go across the main pocket) I'm mostly using this as a school bag so i'm trying to figure out how i can place a laptop in there and turn this bag into a laptop one.

I have a question. The waist belt on this pack is good But I'm thinking of swapping that out for condors battle belt to slide through the waist pad. But I'm a little confused as to how I would deal with the pals webbing that linked to the original waist belt. How would I attach the battle belt to this pack?

That is cool man. I moved from California where I usually hiked in woods and canyons of green and water creeks. Being new in Arizona and haven't been in the desert climate in over 20 yrs also adding I don't know much of places makes me weary of trailing. But I am meeting new people along that are great enough to let me know of very nice spots and trails. I moved to Phoenix near Camelback Mountain.
