I love Charlotte, I did a contract assignment in Greensboro and Highpoint and really loved and enjoyed being there. I met so many friendly people while I was there. It is very expensive moving now. We just moved to a three bedroom townhome that was less than two miles down the street. After security deposit, application fees, first month rent, pet deposit, packing and paying the movers, it was a total of $2400. It was very stressful and we are still unpacking and getting organized.

It’s sooooo stressful and yes, very expensive. I am definitely excited for it to be over and for her to be there. I’m so glad you mentioned you met a lot of friendly people. Everyone seemed super nice and helpful when I visited. 🤗🤗🤗

Congratulations. You should put everything your keeping in one room and lock the door. Then price everything else were it sits or hangs. Omg!! We decluttered the entire upstairs all last week and it feels sooo amazing to see how much is now gone. I loved living in this house, but I also collected and bought more things that I never even used just because I had the space. I’m super excited to move to a smaller place to have less storage and only buy what I absolutely love and also need 🤗

Post stuff on facebook marketplace and start asap. I'd look for a neighborhood forum; new and old place. The form I'm on (there's several) has been a lifesaver for referrals, questions, general help like coming by to help lift a desk. Not all are like that, but great when you find one. Congrats on your move. I'm the opposite and stay far far far away from the southeast.
