She has been terrorizing this neighborhood for 5 years. She screams and cusses people out for no reason. After 5 years, I now just video her anytime she is in front of my house. There are many more videos including ones where she gets arrested for harassment, menacing and stalking. When she first moved here, everyone was nice to her. Within 2 weeks, she started her antics. I don't want trouble, but I also will not be screamed at, cussed out and called every name in the book. My camera seems to keep her nonsense at bay.

I used to have a "troubled" neighbor but she didn't bother anyone usually. She mostly just walked around talking to herself on the way back and forth to her's family's home (she lives around the corner). When she goes off her meds for a while she will try to stop people and tell them she needs $7 to fix her bike tire (although she doesn't have a bike). We know that her family interacts with her regularly and makes sure she is alright and has what she needs, but legally they can't force her to take her meds, as long as she isn't doing harm to herself and/or others.
