When using your capital one card overseas, do you have any issues with using your card paying for items at certain stores? I ran into an issue with a credit card company where it would work sometimes, and other times, it didn't.

Sometimes they will send me a text asking to verify that if it's me making the purchase. They do it whenever you're making an unusual purchase or maybe in a country you're never been before. Very inconvenient, but they're just trying to protect you.

@ScottLeRay that's good to know. I have credit one as well, and it was horrible using my card overseas. I have the wander and their platinum cards. The wander would get declined a lot even when I told them I was going overseas.
