You’re lucky. No stylist around here touches my hair anymore. Been cutting my own for abt 5 years now and have Nvr messed it up as much as a stylist has . Wish it was other way around. Especially when I want a diff look. Your stylist does beautiful work

I have super curly hair. However the last hair cut I got killed all the curl in my hair. I had no idea the hair cut makes such a huge difference. Right now my hair won't hold a curl even if it's curled. It's definitely the haircut. Get a haircut by a hair stylist that has natural curly hair. Tell them you want a curly cut not a straight cut.

Girl, you are a hairstylist’s dream! Not only because you’re able to communicate what you want effectively but, also because you seem to understand enough that you know better than to ask for something that defies the laws of physics or chemistry. Multiple images do help to clarify because, well, you’d be surprised how many people come in with a photo and fully expect to walk out with a completely different head of hair. 😁 Your haircut is adorable! Thank you!!! So my mom is actually the stylist in the video so I’ve learned sooo much from her over the years and I try to share that with other people. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to see people upset with my mom because they don’t understand everything that goes into it🤍

Would this work if I have 2b-ish hair? It’s straight at the top, wavy in the middle, and I have ringlets at the bottom. I want to get a round cut and make my hair maybe shoulder length to get better and more prominent curls, but I don’t know if I would lose my curls or if this wouldn’t look right on me

I feel like it could if you get a good amount of natural volume or you’re up for keeping it styled!
