My current backhand form - February 2024

This is my current backhand form. I think I will be posting updates to my form consistently to be able to see my progress over time. Currently, it is not too bad but has a lot of room for improvement.

I think you might need to record in a higher frame rate. Did you use the width of the disc as a ruler in the video? The more distance the disc moves the more accurate the measurement will be. If you are only using a single frame to measure the distance it traveled, that puts a pretty big error bar on the speed.

I didn’t think about that, thankfully I know someone with a speed gun with which we’re gonna shoot a video soon, so stay tuned!
