I started using the brow & lash serum that you recommend too. Sadly it did burn my eyes BUT has worked fabulously on my over plucked 90s brows! My vaginal estrodiol cream was a GAME CHANGER. started using it on my face, hands, neck. $128 for 3 months supply. My gp prescribes and i get it filled at a compounding pharmacy. I wouldn't bother with estriol. My vaginal estrodiol only contains hyaluronic acid with the hormone. It's odd that you got burning. Every 6 months i get 2mg estrodiol/2mg testosterone for vaginal area and it's incredible. I apply that one to the back of my hands and they look like my hands did in 30s. Not thin anymore. Veins gone back to being less prominent. No one can make big bucks off of estrogen creams since they can't patent it. The cosmetics industry don't want you to know about topical estrogen. It's totally safe, not systemic.... it saved my marriage. For about 6 months sex was terribly painful. Totally back to normal Thank God!!!

I only just discovered Tretinoin just four months ago and I so wished I'd found it earlier! That said, it has literally transformed my skin! I use 0.01% on the backs of my hands and in four months, my age spots have gone. In the UK we have quite a few prescription style services - I've been using Dermatica which they formulated 0.05% + 4% hydroquinone which I just use on my cheeks for melasma. Maybe you could use your my alloy for the backs of your hands if you don't like it in your face. Thanks for a really interesting video. I love to see these snap shots into your life!

Good morning Claudia. Great Pm Skincare Routine. I was on HRT ( first oral estrogen, then the Patches) and ended up with Blood clots in my lungs. Very scary. Hi Claudia, I agree with you I don't like the My Alloy Tretinoin either, too greasy! I have been using the M4 Estriol cream for a couple months now and like it. (Much better formulation than Musely brand, it's thinner) I don't see any changes yet. I actually use the M4 BEFORE my tretinoin. My Alloy says to do it that way on the website. I noticed you use it the other way around. I may try it that way instead. Not sure if it matters. I'm still on the fence with the Estriol. I'm so paranoid it will give me melasma but so far it has not. My gyno says Estriol face cream does not work, too weak to do anything. Since I have the RX I will use it up and decide. BTW, I'm 58 and always looking for that magical serum/cream that will work. My skin is good it's just the laxity that bothers me. Have you heard of Elevai Enfinity? It's a GF/Exosome?stem cell serum that is an all in one. It also has vitamin C, Peptides, copper peptides, ceramides in it. I'm using it in the morning. Don't see a differnce yet, just started. I'm trying to simplify my routine! Too many products! LOL, Take care!

You and estrodiol cream. The kind used for vaginal atrophy.. mine is made at my local compounding pharmacy and it was a game changer!!- Things bounced back down there 3 months and after 6 months it was like before menopause. I began using iton my face, hands, neck and it's been incredible. I'm no longer spending tons of money on a bunch of products. Sunscreen, tretinoin, microneedling, and estrogen cream. Every 6 months I use a little testosterone that's been put into the estrogen cream... it helps with creating more sensitivity vaginally.😂 it has really improved the skin on my hands! It's not as thin as it was. Pretty cool.

@claudiaglows it is a liposomal cream from a swiss Pharmacy, a product of the house. It is not especially for the face but i saw an interesting video from a, probably indian,dermatologist who was talking about a study in which even 80 year old women could reverse their wrinkles around their eyes with Testosterone cream. It needed time, possibly 8 months , but the results were amazing. Testosterone is responsible for the thickness of the skin. And helps even more for wrinkles, as i saw at my face, then Estrogen creme, which is especially good for texture. I'm very happy. But he said it would need the right kind of Testosterone. I don't know about different types but the one i have is working

Your neck probably is improving with the neck cream since you can’t use many products there . I popped into a vitamin store the other day and a young man was helping me and he said wow you have amazing skin ! I thought that was sweet and I laughed to myself cause I’m in my 60’s lol. Claudia, I used Alloy’s Estriol 0.3 and did not see any difference!! I started using Estradiol Vaginal Cream 0.01% and added Estriol . Within 2 weeks I got rid off my dark spots and see a Huge difference!! Please try it out and you will see a huge improvement in condition of your skin!! Works great for your hands as well. I just ordered the lash/brow serum. I always used revita brow and lash. That always worked great but bothered my eyes. Yours is cheaper and more natural, which I like. I will order the lip mask too. I started using Natural Bioidentical estriol 5.0 6 weeks ago around my eyes. I like it so much, I am probably going to start using it all over my face. I started out at about 32 with tret to resurface remnants of stage 2/3 acne (started adapalene, then up to tret .05 and then .1) and i have actually gotten to a point where i only need the .025 about 5 times a week in lieu of any liquid of physical exfoliant. People dont believe me when i tell them i had severe cystic acne or that im 38 and i always own up to tretinoin and a few pokes now and then to keep those pesky dynamic lines "relaxed" 😎 tret cant do what lazers do but used properly over time it can make a huge dent in most visible "flaws"

You basically have to sell an arm for good growth factors😂
