Yess I got myself a silk pillowcase for my birthday this last summer, and it's sooo much better for night sweats! I have such bad night sweats now because of a chemotherapy treatments i had to do years ago, it's one of the side effects that never went away, and I swear I'll never buy anything other than silk pillowcases now on, they're just so much more comfortable 👍👍👍

My daughter I got a silk pillowcase first. She is biracial.. it hasn't helped a ton... because she already had a silk bonnet. I just don't shampoo her hair a ton.... because it's not good for anyone.

@@hannahkayee831 I only wash my hair once a week. I used to do 2-3 times a week, but since May I've had purple/blue hair, so I only wash once now and my hair handles it great.

@@AKbaby89 can you reccomend any products?! ❤ I normally do conditioner only on sunday then do her hairstyle leave it until sunday them wash cows. *cows* wtf... lol Shampoo every 2-4 weeks. But conditioner every Sunday.

I loved this video!!! Charlotte Tilbury definitely has some bangers….my favorite luxury splurge is Hermés! Their scents are my all time favorites….even when I can’t splurge on a full bottle of perfume I’ll splurge on some bath products which are just as scrumptious 🤤

ohh the splurges - I can't lie I treat myself what feels like often but it's really not maybe every few months I'll get on Sephora. I LOVE Kayali Musk but only bought the roller ball & I'm kicking myself now bc I loved it so much I used it up SUPER fast lol I recently bought the Kosas Mascara bc I am a volume girl I like it a lot but not my fav. I have a sample of the ABH mascara and that is reaaaaly good but it flakes on me and I hate that. I've had 2 slip pillow cases & my puppy chewed the corner of the zipper lmfaooo
