Sand Dune Stepper may be my next move. I was diagnosed with M.S. about 14 years ago and began to lose my ability to walk. Then I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. I plummeted down to 80 lbs and became all but dead. I Discovered Dr. Mark Hyman and with food choices, I am so much better, but my knees are in constant pain still and have almost no muscle strength in my feet, legs and knees. I am going to try this. I turn 68 next month, but I do not believe that is an issue.
