This is so useful because often I'll go for a move and then it will half work but be somewhat defended and I'm usually unsure what to do after that besides muscle through or completely bail (or often end up in a bad spot). This is like a top chef giving out his secret recipes that make his versions of sauces and dishes outshine the average. Best wrestling channel on youtube IMO

Any reason you at 2:16 wouldnt go straight to a bodylock instead of dropping to the single, seams to be right there, but i am probably missing something is it just personal preference.

Earn your gold medal’s YT channel has a great video showing high level wrestlers using the uchi mata in live matches. You might be able to see some tendencies that they have/how it’d look live instead of being picture perfect during practice
