Saw a friend yesterday doing beach wrestling I had several options for him from there but I totally forgot that you can just go for under hook and standup 😅

That trip as you knee pick I always try to do it and it works but against some good kids if I don’t pull it out they will actually use it and lat drop me

Sir thank you but i want to ask you a question i am very very confused with this question. Its what penitration to use like for example should i use split step penitration like JB or should I use normal inside step penitration or should I use no penitration step and just level change on my axis by engaging my power leg bit back I am very confused like what is best I am comfortable in all 3 just want only 1 to use so I won’t take time to think plz help

How do I deal with a coach thats a absolute idiot Who just pushes conditioning, barely any technique Runs short practices Makes you run hills for an hour before every practice Barely enforces stretching and makes you go live for straight 15 minutes 0 breaks What would I do at this situation Toughest people get out drained from that practice and cant do anything

You and others have been talking about having a system and synergy with moves, what do you think another move would be with a low single, i allways do low single or front headlock to a reattack to the legs. What are your thoughts?

A great shot to add could be a high crotch or if you watch my video the low single I do with my head to the outside

@@ironfaithwrestling 100%. You both have your own wrestling styles, but you can tell they're built on the same foundations. It's helpful as someone trying to build their own style to see those different perspectives.

You know what doesn’t get me better at wrestling? When the coach just likes to yap about this or that, just like in the video. I’ve done 6 years of competitive wrestling and I can’t remember a single speech from any coach

Wrestling gets you better at wrestling but running helps build a strong gas tank much more efficiently and so it helps wrestling When it comes to training, conditioning is for you to do in your own time and all your time in classes and with your coach should be devoted to learning the skill of what you are training be it wrestling, boxing or mma

Crack down is a position you get into in a match, but its not a position you want to force yourself into when there are better options, such as a double leg
