The cold stare Rikuto gave to the sisters was very menacing and it gave me chills. The stare made the sisters realize how bad they treated him and he almost didn’t help them to which the sisters were fearful of but he didn’t hold a grudge against them and helped them. He has to cause he’s a doctor and he’s working for Moroboshi. And what a character development the sisters went through. They changed for the better and even started visiting Rikuto everyday and cooking for him. I’m sure they’ve learned a valuable lesson

Quite a character development for those two sisters. Glad they reflected on their actions and really changed for the better. Also, I like how Rikuto gave them a cold stare before operating them which made those two imagine if he decided not to operate their surgery properly, making them genuinely regret their past actions towards him. Luckily for them, he's nice mainly because he's a doctor, especially that he's working at Moroboshi General Hospital. I guess this was partly the reason why those two really changed for the better, but either way, I'm glad they did. The MC was already kinda mature and isn't pathetic and those two girls matured after they grew up

He deserves to be arrested (I think that was Rikuto's ex-dad.)! Rikuto made a good choice of leaving the house with Naoto since his biological dad is a total failure and does nothing but laugh when he gets fire after 8 years. He doesn't have regrets. It's really nice that Rikuto's mom reunited with her son for forgiveness and for helping her friend; well now boyfriend or husband, with her financial problems.

And that is good for me. The last time I was in the hospital for my heart and kidneys was 2016 so I'm doing good for now. I have been in stage 3 kidney failure since 2010 and with my diet it hasn't gotten worse.

Especially if the workplace is a "high-rise condominium". #3 The mother went to get help and when she returned home she did not find her children at home. And wasn't your reaction to go to the authorities to have them searched? The protagonist should be of age, but the brother is very young. Maybe the authorities would have been able to find him faster than them. It is not clear how much time passed before the mother found them, but months passed. Months needed for the protagonist to get to know the two girls, find out about their illness, the illness was taken over by their brother and to develop the desire to become a doctor.

Rikuto had a good heart for curing the two sisters despite how they treated him back then. Not only cause it was his job as a doctor but also cause he didn’t want to hold a grudge and just let them suffer with that rare disease for the rest of their lives. He understood that they were just young and ignorant kids at the time. But I’m glad they both matured and learned a valuable lesson. That we shouldn’t make fun of someone’s financial struggles cause you just never know. That same person could end up helping you in the near future.

I honestly can't blame him for giving them a cold, unflinching stare when he saw them. For multiple reasons. After they kept bragging about how much better and easier their lives were while he was struggling to get by and raise his brother, he has every right to resent them. And even if they're saying sorry in the present, it doesn't change their past actions of degrading him and his younger brother. (Especially when they went out of their way to brag about how much better their lives were) On top of that, as a doctor working for Mr. Moroboshi, he has to maintain strict professionalism and can't let personal biases get in the way. So there's not really a lot of time to talk to them when he has to get started as soon as possible. (We've seen what happens to those that put biases before work when under Mr. Moroboshi). Plus, it gave them a good scare and a full humble pie when faced with the possibility that they could die. The prospect of death tends to make one reevaluate their life choices.

It's rather terrifying to imagine pissing someone off, only for that person to be your _surgeon._ Not only that, but learning that fact while you're being put under by a potent anaesthetic. They said it right, "In despair, we lost consciousness..." Anything they do to you, they can chalk up as a medical error. "These things happen" and a fine.
