2 years ago at 58 I stopped using alcohol and started pushing weights doing 30 ish minutes/ 6 days a week and am still getting stronger, working out in the yard or in the shed depending on the weather. It’s the best, by far , decision I ever made and am still learning like those chains are a good idea, much respect to you.
