Doesnt ivy favour davis, especially round the eyes. The crown is amazing, i am obsessed. Me and my husband love to watch a show while having dinner too. I never wash my dishes until morning. You are fantastic parents and i will continue to pray for you all ❤

I’m so glad! We began the eat/play/sleep routine right away, but her wake windows were quite a bit shorter, she didn’t nap quite as much in her crib or bassinet, and the way we fed was a bit different. We’ve just been working our way up to where we are now!🤗

My baby’s currently 7 weeks old. Thank you for sharing your routine, it makes me feel less alone in this whole newborn phase process. Question regarding her day naps, how long do those usually last for? What happens if she wakes up before her time?

You are definitely not alone! If I recall correctly, naps usually lasted anywhere from 30min to an hour. If she woke up early I would try to extend the nap by soothing, rocking, or putting her in the wrap. And if all else failed just have some awake time!

What do you do when you’re pumping halfway and she wakes up? My little one tends to to do this and it makes me anxious every time I have to pump

I would usually pause pumping and try to give her a binky to go back to sleep, or if she wouldn't go back to sleep, put her in her swing or on the playmat while I finished.

I think so! Those first few weeks/months are especially demanding and exhausting.
