this is a tricky one. i do procrastinate too. deadlines (even self-imposed) can help me focus. i've got a lot going on all at once so it can be hard to know where to start, but if i set a goal to just knock one thing off my list, that can help get me on a roll.

Great video, my man! My question: since you've got so much going on and your opportunity costs per hour seems so high, why not outsource the video editing piece? I've done that with most of my team now and outsourcing for $20/hr allows me to free up an hour where I can earn $80/hr -- profiting $60/hr then and killing two birds with one stone.
