It lasts about 2 hours. So it is 4pm. Then i have to learn because I still study. Time for learning depends on week. And I have to find time for shower and supper, at 10pm I go to bed, because I have to sleep at least 7 hours. I don't have time for daily TO-DO list. About waking up, I've passed through something similar, my body was used to get up at 7:40, so I tried to switch it to 6:40 and basically, it didn't work for me, I was worn out all day long and I felt I could not do anything properly, such as studies and work. Everything seemed to be boring and I considered giving up many times until I realized how mistaken I've been forcing myself and my body to do what they couldn't, as though the fact I'd wake up earlier would give me more time to get things done. It's not always about time, but also, about organization, though. Now I learnt that my body needs to rest, so does my mind, and even if for that, I'd need a little bit more time of sleeping, I'll be more productive the next day, and that's what the whole routine thing is about. Thanks for your videos! : )
