My Daily Writing Routine & Tips for a Consistent Book Writing Habit 🖋️✨

Here's my daily writing routine, it’s my favorite part of the day and I hope this can be inspiration for you too✨ Some of the things I focus on in my routine that have really helped me be consistent and get my first draft down:
1. Pick up a challenging hobby to practice building your discipline (this will improve your discipline in writing as well!)
2. Create a comfortable writing environment☁️ unmet needs lead to procrastination, so prioritizing your well-being will help you be more consistent.
3. Have clear & achievable goals so you know exactly what you need to do every day!
4. Set your goals and don’t let yourself look back. It’s natural you’ll doubt yourself and want to give up, so remember your why and trust the process✒️
5. Cut out any & all distractions- if you allow yourself to get distracted even once it will be so much harder to stay focused afterward.
6. Use rewards intentionally, and never punish yourself for making a mistake; this will help build your self-trust and improve the relationship you have with yourself🤍
7. Set challenges along the way! Confidence comes from experience, so embrace challenges to become a more confident and resilient writer.

I do journal i started in the beginning of 2023 But... Can u recommend wt exactly should i write... like smth, u said u wrote 70k words which is alot! So like.... wt do i write with that much words...i don't know how to explain but if u understand...Lemme know😅❤ And great video i love it!

Haha I’m right-handed! But sometimes I’ll film with my front or back camera which may flip it so maybe that’s why😊🤷🏻‍♀️
