I saw Tom Petty in concert not too long before he passed away. Honestly, I only went to the concert because he came to my smallish town. That had to be one of the best concerts I've ever attended. He was so genuine and showed so much appreciation to the audience. I'm so glad I went and saw that incredible side of Tom. RIP Tom Petty. BP, your daughter cracked me up, she is so precious. It's amazing what effect music can have on people of any age. One of my most cherished memories that I will never forget involves music. My wife and I were getting ready to take our daughter grocery shopping, who was a baby and still in her car seat. I looked into the rear view window to double check she was strapped in, and to my pleasant surprise she was bobbing her head in unison to "Another One Bites The Dust," which was playing in the background on the radio. Absolutely amazing. BIG smile on my face typing this comment.
