The benefits are very good (and super affordable) and I enjoy going to work more days than not. Just make sure the pay matches what you will need to live in Orlando - it's not cheap anymore.

i love how forbidden journey is basically walk on now. one great memory i have is going with my grandpa on my dcp he had just bought a butterbeer and we knew it would go quick but not as fast as it really did. we stood in the room with harry, ron, and hermione while he finished his butterbeer. then we got back on the path towards the ride.

If you had a blast without even getting on Spiderman or JP River Adventure then this is definitely your favorite park! River Adventure is unfortunately very run down and in need of major refurbishment but I enjoy it for the nostalgia and the drop.

Velocicoaster is my first ever real Coaster and what made me fall in love with coasters! Yeah I was 40 (2022) when I rode it 2 years ago but better late than never! Just went to Busch Gardens Tampa and Sea World Orlando over Christmas 20224 and man.. loved every minute of it!! Gwazi, Montu, Kraken, Mako, Manta, Sheikra, Tigris, Ice Breaker, Cheetah.. I'm officially in love with them all!! Being from Western Canada.. my next coaster trek is out east at Canada's Wonderland this summer. I hear some of those coasters are absolutely insane!! Can't wait for Leviathan, Yukon Striker and Behemoth!!

I was there recently too, waited nearly 1.75 hours for Hagrids and even got rained on a bit in the line and during the ride. I got lucky two times now and got to ride the front row on both the motorcycle and the sidecar on separate visits to IoA. Velocicoaster I waited a bit over an hour for, but rode it after dark and it was an awesome experience. Forbidden Journey was a walk on for me too, and Hulk had a small 10 minute wait. I was upset that Spiderman was closed during my visit, I always ride that one on my visits to IoA.

We got Ruby Passes after being stuck in Velocicoaster brake run for 30 minutes! So we waited 20 minutes for Hagrids, then later for a night ride we walked straight to that last cave, so we had 2 under 25 minutes lines in a row for Hagrids!

Hagrids was the one ride I missed because wait times were wild. But I really enjoyed my time there. I will say for those who are bigger - there are tester seats so you can see if you will have issues. Unfortunately my husband had a hard time with most of the fun rides so we found other things to do. We did express but you miss a lot of stuff doing express so people should try to do regular if you can, if wait times aren’t too bad. Great review!

If you ever ride it again just try to keep your head pressed back to the seat, and plant your feet on the seat in front of you. It will give you more stability, so you don't feel so out of control. Though I personally enjoy being tossed around. :p

@@ForRJ Hulk vs Mummy? Theyre each in a different park lol. And the Mummy and Gringotts are the only good rides on the Univeral Studios side. Getting rid of the Mummy would be a sad day. Also the Hulk was already re-tracked so it'll be there for a while. The shoulder restraints are the only problem. My ears :/ Can't wait til all coasters are lap-bars only like Velocicoaster.

Honestly I get why some people like Velocicoaster but for me it just ain't it. Maybe its because the first time I tried to ride it I was in line for 6 HOURS and it shut down right as I was about to get on for the rest of the night. I almost wrote off IOA in general cause it left a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up going again recently and it was good but I objectively look at the layout of coasters not the theming cause I don't really care about it at all. The first half is pretty slow all considered but still fun. The second half is much better and a top tier ride but the mosasaurus roll was good just kind of uncomfortable, that's probably why I still enjoy the death roll more. Also when I rode it in the back it had a nasty rattle like not as bad as Kumba but very noticeable that deteriorated the ride experience for me. I guess this is all to say I understand why people like the ride it just isn't it for me. Its still the best in the park probable but like probably number 3 in Florida for sure for me.

8:14 The first Jurassic world movie from 2015 (the one the ride is based on) is imo a great film solid 8.5 or 9/10 on par with the second Jurassic park film I’d say fallen kingdom is ok like a 6/10 but the third Jurassic World film Dominion is ABSOLUTELY DOG SHIT I despise that movie and that’s coming from a Jurassic World/ park fanboy since I was 5.

You're not missing out by skipping Jurassic World, they're another Hollywood cashgrab to milk an existing brand. OG Jurassic Park is 5/5 stars though. Also, I'm glad you got to experience back row for Hulk, the mild concussion you get just adds to the overall fun.
