I happened to come across this teaching today 8/19/2020. Incredibly 2000 years later these words of Jesus speaks to the immorality in the church today. Some Pastors think adultery in the pulpit is not that big of a deal 30-40 per cent. Purity in the Christians life is not important. Great word for these days.

But I personally absolutely love and adore big, massive, huge, gigantic, enormous, and absolutely beautiful storms that pour out rain and lightning and fresh breezy air. So wonderful and refreshing. I love the darkness that it brings too! 😍💗 I thought Jack Hibbs would feel the same way since I'm is younger blood brother. When I lived with him as a kid I never found out whether he had astraphobia or not. Would you ask him please, if you attend to Chino Hills?

Literally just left a church service that talked about storms. The pastor said he'd put his family in the bath tub then go to the open front door to watch the storm come. That's me too. I'm in Florida so we are used to storms. They feed nature and make everything fresh and green and here in Florida they come at the hottest part of the day to cool everything off. Now he was talking about a tornado but I'd be watching it too. His point though is that we have storms in our lives and rather than doing what we normally do and watch the destruction happening around us to look up and trust in God to shelter us from the storms of life. Coronavirus was the storm I was watching and quite fearful of until someone told me to look up. I believe all the storms we go through are in the end for His good. Why else would an unbeliever call on God for help and safety if he didn't think he needed it. Sometimes people need to be broken to be put back together with Christ inside them. Don't be stubborn and think you got this when if you let Him have it you can let the fear and worry go and just live for Him

Someone in other comments mentioned Pastor Hibbs being bold in his teaching. Yes, it's true. But we should ALL be bold. Paul mentioned, in no uncertain terms, that he and others must remain bold. Read Ephesians 6:10-17, about putting on the whole armor of God when we go out to speak with boldness. It is essential because we, of ourselves, do not have the power to do so. We are actually quite weak but need to find our strength in God, who is Christ Jesus. Do it always or you put yourself in danger. Please read Ephesians 6:10-17.

Dear Jack I recently went through Revelation again but your teaching is fabulous I really Thank you for it .o give out Bibles and Gospels but I am 75 and am being persecuted for my faith have been for many years .The Father ,The Son Jesus Christ,and the Holy Spirit Are my EVERYTHING! We DO know why He wrote this letter to this church. He told them/us. Although this is a picture of the church during the Dark Ages, it was clearly happening in Thyratira in real time. Therefore He addressed this to them.

Tammalian Grundlingh; There were 7 regions and today there are 7 continents. People are still choosing to ignore God's wake up call to seek Him and develop a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. It's as relevant 2000 years ago as it is today.

Jesus addressed these seven letters to these seven churches because within these seven churches were the good, the bad and the ugly that was/is going to be common within the church from its beginning to its end. He wrote them so that we might be aware, and on gaurd against the work of the enemy in the church. I'm obviously not Jack Gibbs, but I hope this helps.

Pastor I must clearly disagree with you concerning your attempt to place the rapture prior to the actual return of Messiah Yeshua. Every eye will see Him. The end is the end and that is what we are called to endure to. The churches emptied in Europe after ww2 due to this false doctrine.
