I certainly don't make a lot, I've just been collecting a long time and have a wife that supports my passions. I'm planning on releasing some new videos in the coming months. The rest of the house isn't as wild as the basement 😆. Thank you for the comment and support, I hope to share more soon!

Crazy. The “Let’s Rock” lithograph @12:35 is also my favorite piece I own too. If I could keep one collectible, that would be it. A couple months back, while getting out of the Marine Corps, I was selling off my collection I hadn’t touched in almost 10 years and my girlfriend said I should keep at least one item as a momento, so I chose this along with a few of my favorite Halo 3 Mcfarlane figures. No idea what it’s worth but it’s so beautiful to look at and holds some sentimental value from when I picked it up at SDCC 2011 as a kid. Glad someone else out there appreciates such a quality work of art. I’ve never seen it anywhere else on the internet before before this vid. Quality collection man, love the classy display of everything.

Wow! First time I've heard someone else talk about that being their favorite piece too! I tell my wife all the time that if I pass, please keep that piece in my memory. It would definitely be the one piece I would keep forever. I wasn't cool enough to pick it up at SDCC and I've only seen it for sale twice, one of those times I bought it. Thank you for watching and for the support! Keep it going, mine took many years of finding deals, saving up, and storing my collection until I could finally display it all. One of my biggest regrets was selling my entire Mega collection in 2015 which was quite big at the time. I have been rebuilding it for the past three years. So stay motivated and resist the urge to sell off your collection lol 🤣

​@@lootdropdreams whats your opinion about opening collectibles? is it better to leave them in the box or display them? I have a sealed halo reach 2011 elite figure and a ripa morame figure from 2010 but Im wondering if I should keep it in the sealed box or not.

I'm an out-of-box collector. I want to see, touch, and pose the things I buy. Otherwise, I feel like you're just moving a box from the store shelf to your shelf. If you plan on selling them down the road then it would make sense to keep them in the box. If you plan on keeping them, then now is the time enjoy them and open them up. Things were meant to be enjoyed, not worshipped. I could lose everything tomorrow, so I want to enjoy things today. If it were me, I'd open them, check out the amazing detail, and make them a really cool display.

Definitely the "Let's Rock!" art print. I don't own anything super rare and expensive, but that piece is just beautiful to me and perfectly captures one of my first Halo memories.

Yeah I had to compromise to get the figure to hold a weapon and stay, but I'm not proud of it. I like to think he was the kind of brute that ate paint chips as a kid 😆. You definitely have a keen eye and I really appreciate the support!

Yeah he seems like the kinda kid to have dropped eggs on the floor to see it they would crack! Anyway my keen eye is a blessing and a curse but im just glad ur brutes made it to adulthood after all those paintchips!

Thank you so much for the support! I've been collecting Halo specifically for 20 years. My favorite Halo is Halo 3 because of it had the total package and has the most memories for me. Halo 2 is a very close second because of the story and it was the first game I played on Xbox Live. The Halo piece I would love to own the most would be the Halo 3 Believe diorama or a recreation of it. What about you? What's your favorite Halo and why?

Ivw got a decent size collection myself, how do you dust everything? I personally have to hand dust once a week and its sorta annoying haha. - A real life ODST

I'm not in the room as often as I'd like, so the dust doesn't accumulate that fast. Glass cases help too. I'd look at some air purifiers to help out. If you post your collection on KZbin, let me know, I'd love to check it out.
