That sound on the deceleration is a tune change. I have that tuned on my Redeye and Hellcat and I love it.

Congrats. It is very nice. The deceleration actually sounds like the manuals do. I have a 2021 Pitch Black T/A with a manual that pops and cracks like that during deceleration. That is also with the stock exhaust.

Very cool! My Challenger Scat Pack with mid muffler delete, cracks and pops on deceleration. My wife drives the car every day to work, she loves the crack and pop sounds in addition to the raw power of the car.

I’m guessing that some of the sound difference is due to how much sound deadening has been removed to reduce the weight. I know my SRT 392 sounds very different when I’ve had to drive with the rear seat folded down.

Sounds great. Ron Silva didn't like the 1/8 mile to 1/4 calculation I put on his video. I said it was the fastest car I had seen on video yet. According to Wallace racing he would of gone 9.07. he was insisting it was on a 8.97 pass. But I had put in the mph in the calculations and he was saying he had a better 60 ft then Dodge did. It's crazy how people will argue over 0.09 of a second. And I was congratulating him on how close he was and providing Dodge didn't lie on their time. Can't wait to see you put down that 8.90 on a video.

That's why if I was chasing that 8.91, I would buy a one seat-carbon fiber wheel car because otherwise, you're probably not gonna hit that time in showroom stock form

My stock 392 does that burble and popping with a MBRP 3" race exhaust. Sometimes pops going into second when it's cold. It has 7K miles. It's also a manual.

I have a 22 charger scat WB and a 23 challenger WB hellcat. The hellcat sounds way louder not sure if its b.c of it being a challenger/hellcat or if dodge did something to the exhaust for 23 but it sounds amazing for a stock exhaust. Car is sick btw congrats!

My 23 Durango hellcat also sounds pretty good even when I’m just idling it’s pretty loud, I was in front of my son school and they asked me to shut off the engine just sitting there because it was disturbing everyone inside. Lol but I like the way my Durango hellcats sounds And I just love that it’s dual purpose. It’s not something I can only use in the summer all by myself. It’s a family vehicle with some speed. When I was growing up about 30 years ago, I had a friend of a friend whose parents won the lotto, and they bought their son I don’t remember what kind of truck it was, but it was an SUV, and he hooked it up to go fast with the muffler and everything else, and never since then I wanted something similar so glad they came out with a stock one. I believe his name is Jerry and he was from the Bronx Bianca border and I think his family had like a lobster boat company hung out with him a lot and he after hours on 237 in the Bronx so if you’re reading this, what up brother.

What a beauty! Lucky dog! I absolutely would have bought one had there been one available around here where I live, even if I had to pay 40-50K over sticker. I would modify it extensively, I would drive it regularly around town and to work, and I would race the crap out of it just like I have with my REWBHC Challenger. I kissed the warranty goodbye within the first year of owning my Redeye WB (which I bought brand-new), and now I have a 1000 wheel horsepower REWB Challenger that is beefed-up and made-better literally everywhere it's possible to do so. It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it, it gets a ton of attention everywhere I go (which is fun most of the time), and it gives my wife and I something to do together on weekends that we both enjoy when we each take a car to the drag strip to make passes. Good for you getting this car! I'm excited to see you live with it and really use it for what it was made for. I know they are great investments, and that putting miles and performance mods on it hurts the long-term investment value, but honestly, unless this Demon is a big part of your retirement plan, you should drive the damn thing the way it was meant to be driven and have fun with it. To me, the enjoyment I get out of either one of my "fun" cars is worth a hell of a lot more than 100k in profit. I can be in the sh*tiest mood ever after a bad day, and all it takes is a short drive in my HC to put me in a good mood.
