Just wanted to say I'm so happy for you and proud of you. I've been watching your videos for a few months now and they really help me with my dissociation. I don't have a supportive family at all and to see someone else describe what I'm feeling makes me feel a little less alone. And I wanted to thank you for that.

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re dealing with this and that you don’t have the support you deserve. I know online there can be quite a bit of negativity but there’s also lots of positive too so make sure you surround yourself with all the things that lift you up. I fully believe things can get better for us if we put the work in and i really hope you feel some improvements too. I’m @domrowedriver on Instagram and twitter if you ever want to chat.
