I tried this method yesterday for the first time, and it's the best-looking wash n go I've ever had! I'm never going back! I always have frizz and no definition in the front/top of my hair, and I noted your pointer of using oil first. I did that, but maybe I need a heavier oil. Or more/less water. Anyway...in general, my hair turned out beautifully, and I'm never looking back! Thank you!

I think it’s a combination of products and your technique. And not necessarily the most expensive products. I believe technique is more of a factor. I have 4a low porosity hair and I can get these results.. its all trial and error with natural hair, try to switch it up and see how it works for you

I have low porosity and I have thick fine 3C hair and it works for me. Maybe you need to deep condition more or do protein treatments ??

Omg after trying out so many hair products and techniques I’ve seen in a video that never worked for my Ethiopian hair, finally found someone who has the exact hair type and looks as mine. I do the exact same thing! It takes awhile when you first begin but finger curling is super easy and the results are amazing. I usually do the praying method to fluff them out once it’s completely dry

Update: I did the trim and it was the best trim I've ever given myself! It would've came out better if I hadn't given myself all of those botched trims before so my hair is still a bit uneven ':D

I used use Miss Jessie's I forgot which one it was, just remembered it was like a lime green color one. Any ways Now I use Alodia Healthy Hair care products (Washn' Go set) along with The Mane Choice Conditioner and Leave in. And I do the same technique for my washn go.

My hair literally only gets defined in the shower but let me try to do a wash N go. It will hardly define anything it’ll freaking shrink. Then when I try to stretch it out with the blow dryer it’ll be looking frizzy. Then I realize a twist out looks even more defined. But I want to have a successful wash n go

- Wash first with Renewing Argan Oil conditioner - Then wash with conditioner still in with Kiss Colors & Care Argan & Macadamia Shampoo for dry & damaged natural hair (organic) - Masque: if needed, Aussie’s 3-minute Miracle - Spray Leave in conditioner mixed with water on hair: Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine OR As I Am Classic Leave-in Conditioner (fave) - Use detangling brush while wet/damp - Use Batanaful 100% Natural Wonder Oil along with, - Hollywood Beauty 100% Jojoba Oil - Massage oils in scalp and hair - Miss Jessie’s pillow soft curl styling gel - Work in sections and start from roots and slowly work product down the shaft of the hair. Then go curl by curl saturating each piece. - Dab, grab, apply, detangle, twist, and set. Do whole head. Use a product with good slip if pieces get dried out as you go. - Let dry completely, don’t mess with curls. - To get more volume, after fully dry, take bigger sections of hair and naturally separate into smaller pieces - For more fullness, use a hair pick and gently pull from roots a little and shake it out gently. - You can add oils over the days of your style if it gets dry.

I have looked at so many KZbin videos with curly girls, and my hair just doesn't get the same results. But, I'll try this one. Am wondering if I should aim for wavy results, scrunch and go........
