I do this style a lot. To get it even straighter simply recomb it to the ends, retie it into a ponytail. Reapply thick hair creme until smooth and twist again into an even smoother bun. Reapply hair creme to the top and smooth. Be careful of adding too much oil. I repeat this every 3 days or so to ensure my hair is detangled and moisturized until I wash it.

i had the same issue but , i put my hair in twist while it's wet , oil my scalp and let the hair dry in the twist , when I open the twist , the hair is stretched 100%.

Use Jamaican black castor oil. It's thick so I just rub a bit in the palm of my hands or mix it with a bit of water. Massage it on your scalp and hair especially your edges Tek it from me gyal it works 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
