Loving the new place. For the dining room you could get a bar table with chairs they look really good, take up so little space and you can temporarily pull it from the wall and put chairs/stools on the other side if you need more seating space x

It's very lovely. I like the open floor concept of the living room/kichen/dining room. I was really surprised that neither bathroom had a bathtub. It's pretty rare for me to take a bath vs a shower but I always want the option.

Just a suggestion for your dining room, you can get a cute storage bench with a bench and put it against the wall. That way if 2+ people come for food you have room and it won't take up too much space

I am very excited for this new journey in your life. Your apt has everything that i would want in a home. If I heard you correctly, did you say something about the yellow looking reflection in a couple of rooms due to the lighting? If so, I might have solution for you. I am in the middle of building and my interior designer said no lights should be between 2700-3200 kelvins. This automatically will neutralize the yellow give a nice crisp lighting. I am wishing you the best.
