Lovely to see you back, Elisa. A very good sewing tip for beginners is to put a piece of sticky tape ( or washi tape if you have some) in the position on your sewing machine that is your seam allowance. Then you can place your fabric along that tape as you sew. Eventually you will not need the tape. Your brain will know that seam allowance size. So excited that you are learning to sew too!! A perfect combination for knitters!
