Brooke Griggs hey just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone! I’m going through the same my eczema has been falling up so bad In the last 6 months. It’s been nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. But I went to my dermatologist and he actually started me on “Dupixent” it’s not a steroid which is good, its and injection you do at home every 2weeks, I just started mine this week. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about it?

Dear friends here, eczema is no cure by human. Only Jesus Christ can completely cure eczema.I know one child be cured eczema by God Jesus Christ after his parents pray and ask God to heal their child for 2 years. His parents are all Christians and they understand and trust that God can heal ALL kinds of sicknesses. So they repent from all their sins and start to continue pray and ask God to heal their child and they don't give up, everytime when their child start itching they start to give thanks to God and ask God to heal their child. so finally after 2 years' prayers, God heal their child completely. Come to Jesus Christ and repent from all your sins and ask God to heal you. He is your only Hope to completely get rid of eczema and ALL kinds of deadly diseases which can not cure by human! please don't say' oh my God' because God said we can not use His name in vain.

I stopped using steroid creams a year ago. I've switched to having a warm bath daily and using vasceline on my affected areas and bandaging up the affected areas so I don't scratch at night. It's made so much difference. Also a few minutes of tanning every few days might help you. About 3 years ago I had about 70% coverage on my body including my face. People who don't have this condition can't understand how much it ruins our lives!

*It's good to know I'm not the only one with it all over my face. I have it really bad, it gets really scaly & red & it's nearly impossible to get rid of. Even with the medicine my doctor's give me, the redness won't go away. I hate going to school because of it. It's embarrassing going to school like that when you know there's pretty much nothing to totally get rid of it. People always ask me what happened to my face. I tell them nothing happened, it's just eczema. Some people make fun of me for it. Only about 2 classmates tho. Please, if anyone knows how to fix it, please tell me. The stuff I get from the store burns. I really don't know what to do. But I really need help. It's started around my upper mouth. Spread around it. Then went around my nose up to my eyes. Then went completely around them. On my chin and under. About a year ago, it spread to my ears. But when I was 3 I got it in the creases of my arms & back of my legs. It went away on my legs tho, well for now. I don't know what's next but I need to find something to completely make it go away. It doesn't help that I also have very sensitive skin. Even the sensitive earrings still mess with me. I'm now 13, so I've had it for 10 years & I'm tired of it. Please if you know how to treat it, tell me. Thank you if you read this far, I know you probably don't wanna hear about my issue but thank you anyways for reading. But please just help me find a cure. Thank you* ❤

You have to get the right kind of cream because some of them burn my skin too. Like certain Eucerin stings really bad. I have to use the Intensive Repair. Others of them have some kind of alcohol ingredient in it that burns. I hope that helps. Aquaphor is also okay to use. Hydrocorisone is always good too.

*Eczema is curable love* yes u hear it ri8 eczema is curable but but but not in Allopathic treatment . All those steroids or any cream that suppress eczema is more dangerous to u and ur skin ,U might just have realized it yet that any time u put steroids to ur skin it feels ok the eczema gone yayyy! But it comes back even worse. Ppl say that eczema is incurable that's ri8 it is incurable in Allopathic treatment but it is ABSOLUTELY CURABLE IN HOMEOPATHIC TREATMENT . I am telling u this as an experienced person coz I too have Eczema nd I am an Indian . I am on homeopathic treatment and believe me my 90% eczema plus other problems that I had are also cured through homeopathic treatment. U need to realise that nothing is impossible, if there is a disease there is definitely a cure. I can surely feel how desperately u want to get rid of this. An eczema patient need to take care of their diet like (excluding non-veg, diary products) nd do yoga or exercise daily , that helps a lot. So ,I'll suggest u to go for good homeopathic treatment after finding a good doctor nearby. It might take few years of time coz homeopathy is a slow treatment , but it is seriously worth it . Atleast u can live ur coming future eczema free , without depending upon any creams or lotion. Hope u get cure fast. 😊

My cousin had eczema for 1 year when she was 15 and her mom tried all things, finally she tried a traditional medicine which makes of coconut and some other natural ingredients ( it's their old wives remedy for about 50 years). She tried it for about 4 months, and he had an significant improvement, 80% was gone, and she continued to use it until it disappeared totally. It's just about $13-15/ kg ( about 1 - 1,5 months for oral and face). Where do you live? I live in Vietnam, if you live near here, i can help so you can buy it, some of my friends living in UK also bring it with them when they come back here.

Your positive attitude blows me away. I'm 63 and developed eyelid eczema 3 years ago. The itching is horrible, but when I read about babies and children with this, and all over the body, my heart breaks for them. I do believe diet is key, but HOW? WHAT? I have tried eliminating so many things and I'm very thin. Rob Stuart is now advocating the Keto diet, but others disagree. So confusing. I wish everyone the best on their healing journey.

I was getting eczema on my eyelids and forehead and it was starting to move to my body. I tried every skincare product out there and nothing seemed to work. Eczema comes from the inside out; I started an anti-inflammatory diet with my naturopath and realized that I was intolerant to dairy and gluten. Once I cut those foods out everything cleared up! I also took a multi-enzyme, probiotic and evening primerose oil supplement to help with the healing process. Keep looking into your diet and trying to clean out your digestional tract, it's so worth it. Topical creams, antibiotics and other ointments are not the solution, I promise you xo

Hi guys, just wanted to share with what worked with me for my ezcema. I recently found out about this but the biggest factor that has reduce my eczema has been eating high fiber food, pooping once everyday, taking room temperature to cold showers, zero dairy product, and no process sugar. I know the pooping part may sound like a joke, but it really does help. One of my biggest problem when my ezcema was getting worse was when I poop every 2-4 days later...talk about constipation. If you think about it, when you eat, your body absorbs the nutrient from the food and then stores the waste into your gut, waiting to make its way to the toilet. By pooping everyday, you're making sure you're getting rid of toxic waste from your body. I hope this helps you guys!

Hi Brooke, I'm going through exactly the same thing as you at the moment and I feel your pain. A few things you need to do (if you haven't done them already, so sorry if you have) 1. Throw out all products, including all topical and oral medications, antibiotics, antihistamines, steroids, moisturisers, shampoos, lotions, potions etc. and start the withdrawal process immediately. We're told by companies and businesses that we need artificially developed chemicals but the truth is we really don't, most of them only give a fuck about their profits and not your health at the end of the day, we just need good natural health and nutrition and these things take care of themselves. Some products can provide short term relief yes, but they're damaging your health in the long run. 2. Cut all ties with your doctor / dermatologist. They can't help you cure your eczema permanently, they're the reason so many people have to go through the sheer pain and horror of tsw. They'll tell you that you'll never be able to heal it and that the best thing you can do is take drugs and suffer flare ups for the rest of your life, not true, you can heal it and you will, you just have to go through withdrawal first. 3. Start adopting a whole foods plant based diet, you should really be aiming to go completely vegan if you're serious about completely eradicating your eczema, but it doesn't happen overnight, it takes up to a year or more of learning, adapting and refining. Meat, dairy, eggs, oils, coffee, refined sugars, salt etc. put the body in a very stressful condition because they're very hard to digest, contain high cholesterol, saturated fat, hormones, antibiotics, puss, too much protein and not enough fiber, vitamins and minerals. Check out dr greger at nutritionfacts.org, dr mcdougall, garth davies, neal banard, james aspey, rich roll, john joseph, rob stuart and eczemahealing.org for inspiration on adopting and maintaining a plant based diet. 3. Exercise and move your body every single day. The benefits of exercise are obvious but for skin conditions specifically, you're pumping your lymphatic and circulation systems, sweating and detoxing which are all essential 4. I know it sounds hippie as fuck, but do what you can to become spiritually aligned, meditate, do yoga, take up some hobbies or classes, meet like minded people, manage stress, learn about the benefits of what you're doing and what you're going through and how it can help you to be a better and stronger person. I've been on this lifestyle for a year, it's been really tough but it's made me a healthier, happier and more compassionate person. Find ways to manage your emotions and relax and be content with who you are. That's where true happiness comes from. All the best to you!

best thing I've ever read. All of this is info is so valuable and accurate, thank you for sharing. I also have been going through the same thing and have dealt with eczema for my whole life and now at 25 I'm finally realizing it is about diet, it is not EVER going to treated by anything a dermatologist will recommend to me and they will never entertain talk about diet or anything having to do with it because if we treat it ourselves then ohh no, they won't be able to keep making money from us needing their "services." Also the whole thing u wrote following "I know it sounds hippie as fuck" is so true, really understanding why were making the changes and the good it is going to do for us on the inside and out, mentally, spiritually, and physically is good stuff..Brooke and Matt, you both are helping so many people who are suffering and trying to be proactive and educate themselves on how to live and feel better for the long term- I am positive with your openness and time spent sharing your experiences. I totally understand what you are going through. I was hospitalised due to my eczema for 2 weeks. I started taking cod liver oil (liquid form) for about 3 months. This is my holy grail. At first your skin may shed, which mine did due to it basically rebuilding itself and getting a whole new layer of skin. I take this every 2 days now and it has honestly changed my life. Nourishing yourself from the inside out is the most crucial thing. Giving your body back the things it cant naturally produce (its own oil). Stay strong xx

I'm currently experiencing the worst flare of my entire life, and my face is completely red with swelling around the eyes. I have felt monstrous for the entire time and so angry at myself for wasting being young. Watching you speak, all I can think is, "Wow, she's gorgeous and that looks so uncomfortable! I hope she finds something that soothes that!" It's funny how we can't give ourselves the same leniency we give others. It seems a million things and nothing can flare up eczema for literally no reason, so I truly do hope you find a way that soothes you. I am equally as lost and have no answers but am hoping for the best on this long journey. Good luck!

Hi Brooke, I had it up till I was 17/18. Then I started drinking green tea daily, took Blackmore fish oil tablets, never took hot showers and stopped using all topical creams and it's cleared. Cetaphil didn't do anything for me and I've been using QV CREAM (I think you can only buy it in Australia though?) which is the best moisturiser ever, I swear. Exercising a few times a week also helps my skin as well as my diet: eat "cooling food" which helps with inflammation and also eating salmon once or twice a week has helped!! :)

I'm 26 years old and still suffering with severe excema! I've been using steroid creams and pills since I was young. I finally told myself I will stop because like you said it would go away then come back 10x worse! It was so terrible that I hated my life and would be so damn depressed! I still don't know what triggers my excema but it probably is something that eat. Or just the common allergies. I've learned how to cope with it and know exactly when it will get worse. It mostly happens during winter which my skin gets so dry and idk for some reason might be something in the air. I'm so relieved to hear other peoples story. I'm hope nothing but the best for you and for anyone else with excema!

Hi Brooke, I have eczema too, not as severe as in your situation but I have been discovering in these days how to finally avoid my skin to be inflammated. Getting inflammations and severe inflammations weekly has been making my life a living hell, and I have been avoiding people and being in the public. But lately I have been slowly discovering how to avoid the inflammations. For the last 2 weeks I finally had no severe inflammations. My body is very very sensitive not only to certain foods but also creams and products for the skin. So, I also want to share what I have been discovering lately. What I first want to also say is the doctors told me in the hospital that they cannot help me. No cream from dermatologist really works on the long term, they can heal the eczema quickly but it then only damage and weaken the skin-layer thinning it out. So lately I said to myself there must be a way to handle this or, I will always live in a way that I have people looking at my face with disgust. These inflammations are indeed caused by 3 things as Neil says. 1. Diet. 2 Physical activities 3. Psychological/Mental states. Let me share also my view on the diet. I noticed that wheat, sugar, soda pop, potato chips, white rice, candies and milk, eggs, red meat, mint, like peppermint, cornflakes or certain cereals, mayonnaise, white flour, sometimes corn, cakes and certain fruits like citric ones, certain sauces, ketchup mayo and certain foods that are not natural. etc. these causes damage to the intestines. The body simply rejects certain foods. Our skin is the biggest organ and it communicates what is happening inside. So whenever we have skin issues it most likely that something inside is not going well. So the first thing we need to tackle is the diet and triggers. Secondly, there are cremes that contain parfume and certain ingredients that the body rejects. So I discovered YES TO CARROTS, which a brand and they have body cremes and products. These go better with my skin. So the second to do is to look at all the cremes and products you are using. It may be body cremes, shower gels, or certain toothpaste that contain allot of fluoride or parfume. Try more natural and mild products. The third thing I noticed was when I workout, or have a hard day of work, or I get angry I can also get inflammations. So stress is a trigger, and physical activity. I am still in the process how to deal with this third part. Living a live with more peace and tranquility has helped me enormously. Please share these info with people and try it out and let me know what you guys think. I want to share also with everyone. Still an ongoing battle because daily I have to deal with the diet. And 1 enormous thing that has helped me is JUICING certain fruits in the morning that heals my intestines and gut. The healthier the intestines are the better the skin is. So please juice carrots, selder, spinach, sweet potato, daily to help you heal your system. And my last advice is not showering with hot water and use bottle water (the best ones). And when you have inflammations don't scratch it, it will make it ten times worse. And one more thing, everyone that suffers from all kinds of eczema outbreaks, know this that you have to daily deal with this to avoid inflammations so you have to live clean, your environment has to be clean, so change your bed covers and pillows sheets and covers every 3 days, clean your room, eat healthy and drink water, or certain tea and what has helped me also is homemade soup. Because i noticed that eating heavy meals can also cause inflammations. So your intestines desire to be light and not all the time be occupied with digestion. Please try this out and see for yourself. Oh and one more thing I also noticed is that sunflower oil or foods that are fried. These really can give you inflammations as well. So I advice eating meals without frying but cooking them.

Hey Brooke seeing your video makes me want to give you a hug. I too have eczema and am currently healing from it. I had the same problem too where I have my breakouts, but this time it was really bad like something I've never encountered before. I usually break out on certain parts of my body, but this time I broke out all over my body all at once. I switched up my diet too and I am noticing a difference little by little. I can say that having eczema I am impatient when it comes to treating it. We are trying to suffice a few obstacles when dealing with eczema which is inflammation, itchiness and dryness/scaling of the skin. I've come to conclusion that doctors, dermatologists and allergists are helpful resources, but at the end of the day you are your own Doctor let alone guinea pig. Just keep doing on what best works for you and keep a positive mind :)

Hey Brooke. Stay positive. I'm 42 and have struggled for a long time with eczema. I'm experimenting w a plant based, no oil vegan diet. It seems to be helping a lot and feel much better. I'm also allergic to soy, many nuts and wheat which I've cut out. So it's been a huge challenge. Hope yours gets better w the elimination of bread. Hang in there, be patient and stay positive. I've also been checking out Rob Stuart's videos which seems to stress the same diet I mentioned.

I feel you. I have used to have full body eczema and couldn't go out in shorts or a tee shirt anywhere without feeling ashamed of myself. Recently it has just moved to my face, and I was so mad. I wished it could be somewhere that would be less obvious. My eczema has calmed down a bit though, since I did these things: 1) Cold packs. 2) Kefir(to build up healthy bacteria) 3) Gluten and dairy free diet (this one sound crazy, but my eczema has calmed down SO much it is actually a frickin miracle) 4) Experimenting with homemade moisturizers (you find what is best for YOUR skin) 5) Washing your new clothes from the mall BEFORE you wear them out (recently I forgot about this one and had to miss three days of school) Eczema is definitely the biggest struggle in my life, but it has taught me that I am strong enough to hold my head up and be confident. You are gorgeous, girl!

I get severe eczema for about 1-2 months every 2-3yrs. Doing such a video while flared up takes a ton of courage to do, especially for young girls. I even contemplated doing my own videos but I dont feel I have much to offer, unless I find a treatment that works long term that is safe for eczema. I’m currently flared up and while I’m not sure on the best treatment, I try a lot of different things. Healthier eating, big increase in water intake, daily apple cider vinegar while using antihistamines and steroid cream. You can use immunomodulator creams instead of steroid on the face, such as eilidel. Im not quite sure how long I should be on steroid/immunomodulator and antihistamines but I plan to do what you mentioned. Use it for 2 weeks, taper off, and see how I do.

It's so good to know I am not the only one in this situation. My face looks identical to yours right now and I have the same ups and downs you have. It's so hard to pinpoint exactly what causes it. UV phototherapy just about cured my eczema on the rest of my body but doesn't seem to help my face. I am going to go watch your make up videos now to get tips on covering it up! Thanks for posting.

Hey Brooke, you could try vitamin D3 at least 4.000 I.U a day. In kids it reduces up to 80% of their eczema outbreaks when used continuously for 28 days. Takes a little time for serum levels to rise, expect benefits after two or three weeks to start seeing improvements. I'm an M.D but not a dermatologist. You look beautiful by the way. You say you don't go out much but, sun exposure early morning and late afternoon is very good, specially when you are in remission.

I know this video was made a while ago, but your skin looks like mine did. I also went the TSW route, despite dozens of doctors telling me not to (and continuing to prescribe harsh steroids for my face). My skin got bad enough that my next option was to take dangerous anti-rejection medications for people who get transplants. I finally was lucky enough to find a doctor that agreed to stop prescribing topical steroids, and instead prescribed phototherapy. I thought phototherapy was going to be a waste of time, and for a few months it was, but it really helped to clear up my skin. People used to avoid me at work and would say cruel things about my face, and now my eczema is manageable. If you live near a phototherapy clinic, I highly recommend it. Stay strong!

Just saw your video and I'm sorry you're going through it. I've had severe eczema about 8 years ago. I did the Elimination Diet and eventually weaned off meds. I'm not gluten free. I got tested for cow's milk and it changed showing I was no longer allergic to it so, I started consuming it. Needless to say, I'm now breaking out bad again. I'm again doing the diet and ridding myself of dairy completely. (Alcohol, yeast, smoking, nuts, maybe even eggs). If you haven't tried it. You must give yourself a chance. Try it for a month and see how you do. Best of luck.

Thanks for the video, I'm suffering from it all over my face as well. Tried all sorts of creams/diets/etc. I've missed so many classes thanks to the anxiety this brings. Dermatologist have been less than helpful and suggested me getting a patch test which I may end up doing. I've gone from thinking it was allergies, to yeast overgrowth, and now I don't know what to think! It's easy to lose hope, but seeing your video definitely helps me know we aren't alone in this crap. If I find anything that works and clears mine up I'll let you know to see if you can find anything too. Please update often! I find these videos more helpful than the crap on the side bar and comments with all the creams and "miracle cures" that I just don't have the money or hope to buy.

I literally feel your pain. I had eczema as a child. I am now 57 and have had a few flare ups around my eyes. I also just got diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease so I have transitioned to a a whole food plant based diet and am going to see a holistic nutritionist. Anything I had tried topically just made it worse. I had an allergy test in my twenties. Going to get tested again. I knew nickle was in some jewelry. Apparently it is in some foods as well. Getting off all processed foods and dairy will help anyone’s body begin to heal. God bless you. I hope you find the cause.

I have had so many break outs... like really severe break outs to where I've had to go to the ER. The worst one was when I couldnt walk because the backs of my knees were so messed up. I live in Texas so my flares usually happen in summer and winter as well due to dry air. Along with it, I also have abnormally severe allergies but luckily my allergies are under control now due to a magical little pill called aler-tec. I was also born with asthma that hospitalized me as a child but have luckily grown out of it quite a bit. I have taken so many creams, ointments and steroids/antibiotics it's ridiculous. Doctors really dont know anything I dont already know. I know EXACTLY how you feel. I have looked in the mirror many a time thinking I was a monster, wondering how I could go on living. But I am pushing through and I know you are too. It's just reassuring to see someone who gets it as severely as me. Lately I've been having it on my face, neck and arms. Also, because of my last flare I now have some hyperpigmentation on my upperarms/shoulder area however it is starting to improve. My legs have been covered in black spots/potential scars which are FINALLY fading. I might start a new injectable called dupixent? But I really dont know yet. Heard about something on tv called eucrisa? but who knows if any of it works :/ I really need to start a diet or something.

I don't get them anymore, simply because I can't afford them. But when I did have insurance I got them for about 6 years. And during those years I had 0 problems nothing and life went back to normal for me. But seriously, you should ask your doctor. Good luck, I feel for you. You could try eating only potatoes and sweet potatoes for an entire week and see if that helps. Just eat them plain (boiled or baked) with a little salt. Nothing else on them. If the cause of your eczema is diet related, your skin should improve. If it improves, go another week on just potatoes. Don't worry, they are a complete food, and you could live on potatoes alone for a year. After week 2, re-introduce ONE food. It can be anything, but choose the food you eat the most. If it's bread, then continue the potatoes, but add some bread to every meal for a few days. See if there are any changes to your skin. The next week, re-introduce another food. Each week add one new food. Keep going until you get a skin reaction. You will have your answer then. I suffered with eczema for 20 years, and this method helped me figure out the cause.

I hope your eczema isn't flared up recently, but mine was for about 2 months. I just found something that works for me & doesn't burn but really make my skin feel hydrated. It's called Minerin Creme. It's a 16 oz jar for around $9. It can be found on Amazon or Walmart. It literally soaked into my skin, which is amazing for me because my skin doesn't soak up anything without steaming it first to soften it. It has minimal ingredients and I'm allergic to alot of ingredients. A couple years ago I found out I'm allergic to sulfur ingredients which is in hair products & even eye drops. The flare up on my eyes was so bad that they were swollen shut every morning with weepy, red skin. I kid you not the Minerin Creme, which is steroid free & fragrance free, cleared up my eye eczema & the elephant-like skin by my eyes is gone. Give it a try if you have a flare up with weepy, inflamed eczema.

I had eczema that comes with a massive breakout every couple of years, the last time I had a major flare up my eyes and face was swollen, my back & body was filled with weepy rash and I barely slept cause I felt itchy & terrible. I was stressed from eczema and lack of sleep which became a vicious cycle .This went on for 2-3 years and I decided there and then to stop all steroid and western medication as my lymph nodes were swollen & nothing worked. I started trying traditional Chinese medication by seeing Doctors who specialises in them and I was lucky that my 3rd doctor worked, she basically got me on chinese medication to “purge” the toxics, gave me a salve that dried my eczema spots really well, and had me on a diet of light food (steam, boil and stir fried only), no beans and nuts, as well as absolutely no cold drinks as she said the “toxicity” from our spleen affects our reaction to flare ups. I wasn’t bother cause I was practically on a vegetarian & light diet. It worked after 3 months, when the medication we were testing out finally worked (I usually try a new doctor for 3-6 months). I still get flare ups every now and then, but it’s mostly on my hands and spots around. I’m having bad breakouts again recently due to cold weather and bad diet, so I’m going to visit my doctor again. And I’m sincerely hoping which ever treatment you tried will work for you.

Hey Brooke, I have the same issue with Eczema and it started getting on my face recently. I also took allergy tests and found out I was basically allergic to everything on the environmental panel and a lot of food panel (Sesame oil, shellfish, peanuts, citrus, tomato, etc.). I'm surprised when you said tomato. I wonder if that's a common thing? Like I can't even eat pizza or spaghetti anymore :(. Maybe it's the steroid creams and something in the our food now a days. I used to not be allergic to tomato and it makes me cry. I'm in college and it's so embarrassing since I have it on my face and neck. I almost hate going anywhere. I'm been also changing my diet like a lot of smoothies and juicing. It kinda helps a little. I also look for natural moisturizers. Sorry this is a long post lol. Is there a foundation you could recommend for sensitive/eczema skin? I miss makeup so much.

It has come back twice and my neck won’t seem to calm down. No doctor or dermatologist can seem to tell me either what it is. I have photos too. I have been a Low FODMAP diet for a bit which means lactos free, gluten free, fructose free, low sugar in fruit and veggies, no soda, limit alcohol. I’m looking to my makeup as I like to wear it. For anyone dealing with eczema, here are some helpful things I learned from hours of researching online. Even many of the "sensitive/eczema-skin" oriented products have common allergens in it that exacerbate eczema. Definitely look up allergens with eczema to find some articles about certain ingredients that can cause flare-ups. Try searching for products with less ingredients, and stay away from all fragrances, even "natural" ones. For me petrolatum hasn't worked (I may have an allergy), but for many it's said to be the best for eczema and only has one ingredient. It's not as bad as people think, and it's actually quite purified. Other things to try is unrefined shea butter or things with collodial oatmeal. Also apply moisturizer immediately after showering. I also recommend a spray called SkinSmart antimicrobial eczema therapy to combat itchiness and to prevent bacteria from causing your eczema from getting infected from scratching etc. Supposedly manuka honey works great too, but I haven't tried it yet, it's also a bit pricey, but if it works for me, it'll definitely be worth it. Just putting it out there for people that can't seem to find help for their eczema. Everyone's skin is different and some things may not work, like how petroleum jelly just makes me more itchy. Take what I say with a grain of salt, but I hope this helps someone out there! =)

I Had the Same Problem when i was about your age after using Cortison cream for years and then stopped. I am 56 now and found that using Produkts with to many ingridience make my skin flare. I live in Germany so the Produkts i use are probably Not available where you are. I wash my face with a face wash for Ultra sensitive skin and then a Toner also for Ultra sensitive skin. Then i apply jojoba oil, Just the pure oil, no Others ingridient. Then i Finish with a layer of Vaseline. Sometimes depending on the wether, sun Protektion. That helps quickly. I have tried many many diets over the years, except Gluten free. I am convinced that apart from leaving Out what you are allergic to, diet does Not Help. I also avoid the ingridient xanthan gum in creams etc. After all those years of experimenting and suffering this is what helps. I was in hospitals, talked to many many doctors, suffered from excema since i was a Baby. Oh, and when my skin is bad i dont wear make Up. I hope you are doing Well. Best of luck from germany

I went to dermatologist and got steroids cream. Not very high concetrated. It did help, however when I stopped using it my skin around my mouth and on my lips got red started peeling. I had also a few spots of redness on my skin. I went to dermatologist again and she prescribed me antibiotics and immuno suppressing cream. It is better but I still get occasional flair ups. I haven’t watched your other videos but have you trued bleach baths? I have been battling eczema for my daughter since she was 3 months old. Imagine how you look and feel right now but ALL OVER your body face ears etc...screaming crying and unable to talk. I went an entire year with little to no sleep trying to comfort and find solutions for my suffering baby girl. We would have to swaddle her to try to keep her from scratching her face. Sometimes I’d find her in her crib with blood everywhere because she got free from her swaddle and itched her face open and eyes etc. then i found a website that sold pedicasts (made her arms stick straight out so she couldn’t bend to scratch her face but of course she figured out how to scratch anyway. Ive paid thousands of dollars taking her to the top dermatologists up and down California. I had taken advice and suggestions from so many people but the thing that sucks is that since eczema is so unique to each individual, it’s ALL TRIAL AND ERROR. My daughter was restricted to 5 foods till she turned 2. Now she’s almost 3 and we have her up to 12 foods. She’s gluten free dairy free she reacts to a lot of fruits and veggies and all meats except turkey. No cooking oils except safflower oil. It’s crazy. I pray that my daughter doesn’t suffer at your age but who knows. And also how you didn’t have this on your face previously. The ointment that works for her is VANIPLY. Ive only found it available online at amazon. I get their 3 pack. It’s the only thing her skin seems ok. All chemicals but the most simple of ingredients. Bleach baths help really well to stop infections from happening and also to relieve her itching. Before we were giving her bleach baths, she was getting staph and fungal or yeast infections every 3 months, it was nuts. What’s worse was she was never able to talk to me and tell me how she felt. We don’t use steroids on her.. (we have but I’m afraid of TSW) I’ve studied on that. I use protopic like i said and as long as nothing she eats or is exposed to bothers her, she will stay clear for MONTHS! Anyway i know this is long as F*&^ . Thank you if you read all this.

I also have really severe eczema, all over my body, i remember my mum had to endure me screaming and crying in pain as she took off the bandages i used to wear as a young child. It calmed down a lot from about the age of 15 or so but as i went into my first job it was the biggest mistake ever... construction work >_< i remember i was doing work with that horrible insulation they use and i nearly instantly starting itching on my face, it got super red by the end of the day and very flaky a couple days later and nowadays it has moved all over my body. Ive used steroid creams and all that and nothing has worked, it really is refreshing to know that i am not the only one that has it as a bad. Moral of this is basically "normal skinned" people will never know what we go through when we are breaking out and scratching ourselves to hell, my partner tries to tell me to stop but i dont wanna tell him it makes it worse because i know he is just trying to help you know. ANYWAYS XD i really do feel for everyone here and hope that we all get better and stay better ^_^

What really worked for me was putting a big layer of unioncreme on my face and body before I sleep. It is really sticky and smells strange and might burn a little bit. But I did that for 3 months and then was more hen 50% gone. It will never be gone completely but it really helped me. Now 2 years later I have only 10% of my body coverd with eczema instead of 80%. Maybe this would be something for you. :) lovely regards Robin

You’re so beautiful Queen. I’ve had eczema my whole life too. My eyes, arms, mouth, and neck are extremely red. I don’t have confidence about my eczema. My boyfriend said it makes me more beautiful and it doesn’t bother him. At 26, I still struggle with this. I literally don’t even want to leave the house. 😭💔

Eczema is so hard to deal with! My son faces it! I understand where you are coming from! Honestly, the best thing I ever did for him was to stop taking him to dermatologist and conventional doctors. After years of using steroid creams, I finally figure out that my son has leaky gut and a little yeast ( candidia) issues. But healing in kiddos can take a while. Because you're literally taking all processed foods away! The tip is to avoid everything your allergic to, plus eating healing foods! Such as juicing or eating tons of veggies! Also PROBIOTICS! Like garden of life probiotics and prescript assist soil based probiotics for gut healing! Try a juice fast avoiding the fruits that you're allergic too! Your probably allergic to apples in season or with the peel on them, bc you're allergic to the pollen on the apples ( my son is) Good luck! I can't stress enough how much I would see a holistic doctor. They look for the underlying cause! My son does have a genetic predisposition Bc I had as a child, but healthy eating has always kept my at bay. I only will get a spot if I use the wrong lotion or even natural shaving cream. So topical things affect my too. Also, you could be ALLERGIC to the steroid creams! I've known people who's eczema got worse bc of the steroid creams! Also eczema can get worse with steroid cream withdrawal. I hope and pray that you figure out your answers! I've been there and I'm facing it will my son! He was completely clear following all tips for 6 months, but has a little flare up bc he accidentally had to much sugar on top of seasonal issues! His body is still healing from years of overdoing steroid creams. It literally kills off good fighting bacteria in your gut. It will take a bit to rebuild. But, my holistic doctors methods were the only thing that actually gave my son totally relief meaning zero lotion needing to be used and zero itching! We will get back there again! I believe his body will fully heal, it just has taken my son a lot longer to get used to nutrient dense foods and veggies. He just turned 7. I just wanted to say, you do look beautiful! Even with eczema girl! You can do this! Started eating lots of veggies, juicing and avoiding gluten, dairy, soy and your personal triggers!

I know how you feel . I don't even want to go to the doctor any more because they can't heal it anyway. Now I make my own creams with organic oils and Shea butter it seems to help but it is taking time. I am not a happy camper right now and I am old yet it still keeps me trapped at home. I hope you your face clears up for you . God bless you.

I get eczema on my neck and eyes, and I've found oddly enough baby powder has helped a lot! I usually use cream, but it made the skin so humid and swollen. Ever since I've used the baby powder it speeds up the cycle I find, good luck to those finding a solution.

I believe you have Topical Steroid Addiction/Topical Steroid Withdrawal AKA Red Skin Syndrome. Many dermatologists do not acknowledge these conditions as they are the very cause of it -- prescribing progressively more potent steroid creams/ointments to treat eczema. I've used steroid creams for over 30 years and my skin got progressively worse. After having a patch test at allergist's office, I discovered I was allergic to Clobetosol - a very strong steroid cream and the very thing I was using to treat my eczema. I have gone to countless doctors when my flare ups started taking a severe turn only to discover that steroid use was the root of my problem. I'm currently going through the withdrawal process, which is a difficult journey.

I've had neurodermatitis since I was 4 until 12 I think. Literally no cream would help, the doctor just said he couldn't do anything more. Essentially I went to a doctor with my mum and we got cream samples until we found one that worked. Which is the Eucerin ph5 lotion. Helped a lot but when I was about 15 I had huge breakouts and I just didn't know why. Then my mum bought an australian skin cream (didnt find that online again), very thick cream, but it helped tons. If i find it i will post it, but thats what helped me essentially

I've had eczema for my entire life (I'm 16) I have it all over my face, arms, legs, neck, chest. :( I'm so insecure about leaving the house and taking pictures of myself, I always over expose or edit out all my red spots and bumpy skin. To anyone going through the same thing I understand what you're going through. it's the worst thing Im dealing with in my life right now and I wish no one would have to go through it.
