may I ask why you don't have Ranitomeyas? Is the size an extra hassle or do you simply not enjoy them as much? I'm asking because I eyeballed uacarii golden legs as my very first frogs.

SilkMilkJilk great question lol, I’ve had them in the past, they’re just not for me, too shy, and too fast lol, I barely saw them when I had them, and when I did see one, it would dart off so freaking fast lol....
@SilkMilkJilk6 жыл бұрын
@@TroyGoldberg Ah I see. Which ones would you put on a similar call-noise level, when the Ranitomeyas are a 3 and terribilis and santa isabel are more around 8? Since I have to fish for tiny bits of information my scale might be a little off, apologies^^
@TroyGoldberg6 жыл бұрын
SilkMilkJilk well all oophaga are up around 8 as well... Pumilio is a higher pitched faster call than, histo and Sylvatica, theirs Is much deeper pitched and a little slower. Leucomelas have a nice call id say lies right about at a 6

Daniel Jehle that’s probably why, the moss Mix’s arent the easiest to grow, they work well on hygrolon backgrounds as long as it stays wet( need wet, not humid) I would try getting some java moss, it’s the easiest to grow in a viv in my opinion... just keep it wet for like 2 weeks then you’re good
