My Entire MLP: FiM DVD Collection - 2018 Update

An unboxing of the new My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic DVD, as well as an updated look at my collection.
I chose a different location to film because this room has much better lighting.

the time for season 8 to be on dvd is long past now its late and i herd no news of it i think something is going on at shout factory

Now the reason why not everything is Blu Ray is because not everyone has a Blu Ray player and also the TV shows even though they do have HD graphics these were recorded in standard definition of course like SpongeBob SquarePants for example that show was recorded in standard definition upintil the 9th season and they have been recording shows in 4:3 format since Television became popular and DVDs are the only way we get the episodes in good quality with some good exceptions of a very select couple shows that were recorded in high definition remastered versions of TV shows from our childhood so the chances are for other shows to watch in good quality, this is it were not gonna get other kids cartoon season sets we're not going to get it on Blu Ray we're only gonna get it on just DVD so there's the reason for that.

I just noticed that your copies of the MLP FIM Season Sets have that same QR Code First 5 Numbers that are: 26663. Including your 3 Equestria Girls DVDs. I did not notice that before.

All seasons of my little pony friendship is magic on DVD are in chronologically order except for season 3 since they put the eleventh episode in season 3 in between the seventh and eighth episode which is just for sidekicks in between wonder bolts academy and Apple family reunion which I seem to like that way on the DVD because it will be shown before that other Spike episode that I mainly like from that season which is Spike at your service even though just for sidekicks would be one that I will be skipping anyways.

I personally downloaded all the seasons and burned them onto a single bluray disc. It's much nicer to have it all on one disc, in my opinion.

Lavon Media As stated in the video, I’m not interested in collecting any of the compilation DVDs. They all have the same content essentially, so I’d be double dipping on episodes. The only releases I’m missing are Legends of Everfree, and Magical Movie night. I could finish my collection with those, but I’m not as interested in them. I’m more than content with owning the season DVDs.

JW I have the original friendship express DVD and that have the uncensored last roundup episode. Not sure if the season two DVD have the uncensored version when I bet at this point it's very unlikely. :(

@@Seras99 I know for a fact that the version of Last Roundup on the Season 2 DVD is the censored version. The original version of the episode is indeed on the Friendship Express DVD. So that is a DVD worth having, but I do not own. Maybe some day.

I hope Hasbro studios will make some good changes to the seasons 8 & 9 DVDs compared to the first 7 season DVDs. Anyways nice collection tho.

Love this show (my little pony friendship is magic) well mainly six of the episodes having to do with Spike in seasons 3 4 6 and 7, twelve with Twilight (counting one with the other five as well), and one with Starlight in season 7 (which are the best night ever, lesson zero, Luna eclipsed, a Canterlot wedding parts 1 and 2, the crystal empire parts 1 and 2, Spike at your service, magical mystery cure, power ponies, three’s a crowd, Equestria games, amending fences, gauntlet of fire, the times they are a changeling, Celestial advice, a royal problem, triple threat, and once upon a zeppelin), while also liking twenty-one episodes in season 1 (counting partly owl’s well that ends well), twenty episodes in season 2 (counting partly secret of my excess), nine episodes in season 3, Equestria girls, nineteen episodes in season 4, twenty episodes in season 5, Equestria girls friendship games, twenty-two episodes in season 6, twenty-one episodes in season 7 and the movie too which is also counting the ones that I mentioned before and are my favourites. Also my favourite show along with Max & Ruby (seasons 1 to 5), the Backyardigans, Veggietales (thirty-eight episodes counting two movies and a compilation and then forty counting a drawing compilation and a jukebox compilation), the penguins of Madagascar and the Big Bang theory.
