the 997s and 998s are my favorite NB models, but NB has always produced amazing sneakers! i just hope they stay lowkey for people who genuinely like the brand and not get eaten up by hype culture

I was hunting for a 997s khaki/green for $60 and finally found one local. Its a full size down, but the biggest bummer is that after a few hours of wear they have disgusting sweat-marks on the toebox that doesn't go away. Was gonna be my work shoe :/ ..

That's funny, I started my New Balance journey in March with the 1080v10, then the 990v5, and 2 pairs of the Hierro 5 and have a pair of the Fresh Foam More v2 coming. Fresh Foam X is one of the comfiest midsoles I've tried.
