if you enjoy dancing, i highly recommend Just Dance, also Zumba is fun. You don't have to be a good dancer either, yeah the scores might be a little discouraging sometimes, but if you can tune them out then there's hours upon hours of songs to dance to there's also ring fit adventure and fitness boxing, that are more workout focused, if that's something you might be interested in

Same, and I feel it’s even worse for me when it’s a favorite book series. I have gone years not finishing the final book in my favorite series because I just don’t want to finish it yet 😂 And with games I generally struggle to get into a game unless it’s a never ending type. Like stardew valley, animal crossing. Because I don’t worry about it being over. But I started playing spiritfarer last year and it’s a game with a definite ending and I’ve yet to finish it. I kept putting it down and restarting only to do the same thing all over again. But like it won’t ever end if I keep starting from the beginning lol

One of my biggest surprises on the switch was the first Ni No Kuni game. I bought it on sale for less than 10€ and while I was not super into it the first couple hours, it got soooo good the more I played! I actually cried at the story and was in constant awe at the beautiful art style, music and voice acting. Currently playing Ni No Kuni II and I am not near as smitten with this one as I was with the first. To anyone who hasn’t played Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch yet: go for it!

Ok 2 things, 1) I too am a chronic unfinisher of games but for me it's because there are just so many games I wanna play coming out all the time I get sidetracked then never cycle back 😅 but I'll get back to some this year too. I came for the Switch collection, but I greatly appreciate the plushie discussion because Pokemon plushies are my obsession LOL Gotta be honest, I am EXTREMELY shocked you don't own several titles I would have easily placed on a "top 10" list of cozy games - Arise: A Simple Story, Journey, The Cruel King and the Great Hero, Okami HD, and the two Ori games (Blind Forest, Will of the Wisps). If you haven't tried any of those, I would *highly highly highly* recommend that you try them. The music, the graphics, the story - all of them are absolutely amazing. Ori is more of a puzzle platformer and isn't exactly a "calm" game in some parts, but the music and visuals and the deeply emotional story are so unbelievably worth it.

I had plans to get a Switch from day 1 but, was in college so money was super tight. As soon as ACNH was given a release date though, I knew I had to get on it and let's just say I ate a lot of dollar store groceries the next semester so I could get my Switch (bundle) and preorder ACNH lol but it was totally worth it. I don't have many physical games (which is a first for me too!) but have more digital games than I could ever hope to finish probably LMAO I actually restarted ACNH on the release anniversary as my mental health has been pretty awful the past few weeks and it's so far been helping at least. I bought My Time at Portia (physical copy) with my Switch but, Farm Together was my first digital and prompted me getting Online and played untold hours in it and made several friends I still chat with heh

In fact I had to show my wife the clip of you explaining the reasoning to explain it to my wife lol, I am 100% that way. Love the story and gameplay of single player games, so it’s not necessarily a game thing, it’s more so that if I keep a part of the game unfinished I will always have something to come back to. I think it’s the reason I enjoy MMOs as well, more so cause the game feels as if it will never end. Anyways just had to comment that lol.

Zelda Skyward Sword was the very first Zelda game i’ve ever played. i was 12. i watched my brother play Windwaker long before that for the game cube and thought it was awesome. but Skyward Sword was MY first Zelda experience. i adore it. when it came out for the switch i was BEYONNNDDD ecstatic. i love it still to this day… i also loved/love Windwaker as i got to play that when it released for the wii 2 years later. (hope it also gets a switch port as well as Twilight Princess but i sadly don’t see that happening anytime soon) Zelda introduced me to video games and i can’t wait for the next Zelda to come out next week!!

I really enjoyed this video, so much. Although, I’m surprised that I didn’t see any games like resident evil, doom, etc. I know they run better on PlayStation/Xbox/pc BUT for me, I just love playing those types of games, handheld. Don’t get me wrong, I probably wouldn’t pay £50/60 for such games on switch because I’d feel like I ripped myself off BUT I do love a good sale. For instance, maybe 6months ago, I randomly went on Eshop sales and was incredibly shocked to see Doom 2016 for about £6.99 doom eternal for about £12.99 and I picked up wolfenstein 2 and total for all 3 games was £28. Absolutely the best Nintendo Eshop bargin, I’ve ever had. I’ve actually not played switch in ages but I’m going to start playing more and if I start to get into it, I may buy the Zelda Oled switch.

Sorry if it's been answered before but how do you have so many games on your switch? Do you often get rid of some you've finished with? Do you have multiple memory cards? Is there a way to keep games saved on your nintendo account so that you can delete them on your switch then redownload them (without having to buy them again) later if you want to? I'm a casual cosy gamer but there's so many I want and don't know how I can do it 😢

You can click archive and then if you want to re-download then you click on your icon in the Eshop and it shows you every game you can re-download that you already own

I thought I love BOTW (also my first game on switch) the most until I played octopath traveler 2 which to me feels more relaxing when it comes to combat and I love the unique graphics, soundtrack, and rich storyline
