Me too. They weren't even that badly priced when they came out... Now they are a fortune! One of those original Ibanez Jem Florals I found dead mint in a shop in '94... They wanted £650 for it as they thought it was hideous.

6:16 - What you see between the strings and the volume pot is not a stain or discoloration, it's your fingers and the pick that have polished the matte finish over time to become glossy in that particular area. Reversing this effect is tricky - it might work with steel wool or using a lapping machine (very fine sandblasting with micro glass balls) on the body with everything removed.

I bought a cheap Ibanez Gio for playing outside this summer. It was only $200 but actually plays pretty decently, but now I feel bad about using it to practice outside... What do you guys think? IS that an OK thing to do to a $200 Gio? What is the max temperature and humidity range that such an instrument deserves to be tortured with?

Your collection seems almost complete, but since you're into experimenting, you can try out Ibanez's 30 fret guitar (RG550XH). Otherwise you have guitars for basically everything.

The neckless guitar is not fake. I made one by myself accidentally of a strat ripoff (I wanted to make a vid with it but I screwed the neck back on). Instead of the headstock I used my fingers to pull the strings and it sounded exactly the same as yours, so it's me confirming it ain't fake.
