Nice build. I gave up waiting for this AIO from Asus and got a Phanteks 360D30 for my TUF Gt502

With the vertical mount you can run the tubing down with a side mounted rad, which hides the tubing almost entirely. Much more aesthetically pleasing.
@jordanash Жыл бұрын
I like my AIO in the roof, exhausts straight out then too. Also wanted to show the AIO as its the new model.
@deuswulf6193 Жыл бұрын
@@jordanash You can do exhausts from the side panel as well. Generally works out better for this particular case since top mounted fans are largely hidden unless there's a rad up there. I gotcha though, what you did is the best way to show off all of the AIO if that was your goal. I have a similar build, same case, 7950x3D with a TUF mobo and 4090. Only difference is, still using Air Cooling. Tempted to get the AIO, but as you noted only a few degree difference over the Noctua or equivalent cooler definitely makes it more of an aesthetic choice than a practical one, at least in my case. Cheers.
@jordanash Жыл бұрын
Yeah, as it was new I wanted it to be front and centre to show it off for my Asus rep. I might try it another way in the future though. Yeah it's a good cooler but not sure if it's worth the cost if you've already got a decent air cooler. Thanks for watching!
@deuswulf6193 Жыл бұрын
@@jordanashWell you are definitely one of the first English speakers to review it, which I appreciate. Quick question, were you able to rotate the face plate at all, or is it stuck upwards with the tubing on the bottom?

@@jordanash yes, from Asus. The Msi was my first choiche, but I read that many come faulty and the ones left break soon. I am kinda confused. Even the z790 aorus from Gigabyte seems interesting, but is it performing as good? Is the software any good? I also read their customer service isn't the best
@jordanash7 ай бұрын
I've had no issues with Aorus/GB boards, they've been very good. Sorry you said Asus, I missed it. In terms of the ASUS Z790, they should have been updating them from the factory, but should you need to update it, you *might* be able to update the bios with the 14th Gen CPU in it, it just comes up as a different SKU until the update is complete.

@jordanash Жыл бұрын
PC's are certainly not as cheap as they used to be. Although the parts in them are drastically more powerful now. You might be able to go 4080, but I don't like sacrificing product quality and performance for it. Plus the 4070ti is a beast anyway.
@damejonify Жыл бұрын
@@jordanash I could argue you could fit a 4090 in a 2500$ budget (assuming you could buy it for msrp) But it’s all subjective in what you prefer with performance vs ascetics. Build looks awesome nonetheless 🙏🏼
