Hi i'm Amie and I have trichotillomania. I would like to say that Arden has inspired me and helped me get through what she has gone through. I heard her talking about her happiness when she says that she can actually put on mascara. Right now I cannot, but I am working hard to change that and grow back my lashes. I just wanted to take a moment to thank Arden for unintentionally helping me and others get through trich and other disorders like it. It really helps.

Eyebrows look fine to me, honestly. Contour around your temples, on the other hand, looks like it needs a bit more blending. Still looked lovely as hell

+DeeLady Idk I mean I totally get what you're saying because she started out as a beauty guru and stuff, but I feel like Arden should be able to take the channel where ever she wants to without feeling like she has to conform to one specific type of video. Like if she's into making a certain type of video at the moment, than that should be the main focus of the channel at that point in time, and not necessarily what the channel first had on it. The beauty community changed so much within the last couple of years. Gurus stopped doing makeup tutorials after they get KZbin famous, then they only talk about products and do Q & A's and a more recent video trend "Expectations vs Reality". It's nice to actually see when they go back to their roots. I'm all for doing new types of videos but sometimes I feel like once gurus hit a large audience and receive a larger income the video become a tad more lazy. I'm not saying this apples to Arden or any other guru specifically, I'm just saying I miss videos like this and would be nice to see this more often.

with the nars duo it is so much better to spray your brush so its a little bit wet and then apply! a lady at the nars counter said thats how to get the best results and was so shocked I was using it "wrong". I mean the color is beautiful either way but with the slightly spritzed brush it looks 10x better!!!!

I'm with you all the way about not wanting to wear foundation lately, so this was a cool video to see how you can still look put together while letting your skin breathe. Also, really dark eyebrows look beautiful on everyone, and i think when you go heavier on the eyebrows you don't necessarily need so much liner/eyeshadow stuff, if that makes sense. Do more of these if you still into it!

Contours are SUPPOSED to be greyish, because you are mimicking shadows. Shadows on your face from features are not brown/bronze. Bronzer is NOT contour. It's a way to fake a tan on your face. sigh.
