Have you thought of adding an SPF to your skincare? I know you use a vitamin C serum and since you live in a sunny place year round, I think it would benefit you. The good effects of the serums can be easily reversed if you get any sun damage!

I made the mistake of buying the lotion instead of the gel and I find it to be too heavy esp in the summer time. But I found that adding a little bit of toner thins it out and it absorbs right away!

sstupidssmile You can use any oil just as long it is certified organic (you find them mostly in the aisle where all the oils are... Cooking oils. I use it on my hair and skin. Its certified.) and just wipe it off with a cotton square. But you STILL have to wash your face! I have oily, sensitive, acne prone skin and it works wonders.

HeartFelt everyone's skin is diff, coconut oil definitely works for some people. However, there are other oils that are lower in their comedogenic ratings (jojoba, hemp seed, argon, etc) that I would suggest using to people w/ acne prone skin. I wouldn't use coconut oil but if it works for you then that's great.

I ordered the Mario Badescu drying lotion. I had high expectations about this product but when i finally tried it, it made the pimple worse. I don't have cystic acne and i have no idea what i did wrong, but it was kind of a disapointment so i started using tea tree oil again and everything's back to normal!
