A buddy of mine was having problems with his x, she was disregarding his visitation rights. (changing days w/o notice, being late or not being there at all, not having the kids ready, etc.) So he called the person that was handling their case for the state, and was ask a few questions. One of which was, did you READ the paperwork we gave you that outlines the rights of both parties involved. He said, no, I've been going on what you told us that day when you gave us the paperwork and briefly went over it. She told him sit down and read ALL of it. Then call me back. He spent the next few days reading & rereading it, then called her back. When he called her back and could have a more in depth conversation, she told him the next time it happens to call the police, explain the situation, and file a police report, and do that about 5 or 6 times. Don't get angry, Don't tell her, just file the report. If the police won't come out to you, you go to them, and File The Reports. What you're doing is showing a Pattern Of Behavior on her part, and laying the foundation to have her Arrested for non compliance of the courts order. ("contempt", as they mentioned above) He followed this up with the police and they confirmed it 100%. When she found out she was all in tears calling his mom and his sister, hysterical, because she didn't want to go to jail. BUT, she got in line QUICK. This was in Texas about 2 years ago. Mileage may vary. READ YOUR ALL PAPERWORK FELLAS. THEN Nail the Bitch. Hope this helps. It may be different in different states.

My ex wife calls me one day and ask if we can exchange apartment keys for our two sons. Our work schedules conflicted with the drop off times of our children. I did not like the idea but I felt like there was no better option at the time. I agreed and gave her a key to my apartment for our children. She created a lie about why she could not give me a key to her apartment. She then started coming to my apartment without my consent while I was at work. She went through my belongings and stole some property. She use the children to get a key to my apartment to further destroy my life. It was never about the children. Giving my ex wife a key to my apartment was a horrible decision. You gain the most knowledge from life experience.
