Interview..at central Univ tezpur..I am a organic student...and interested in organo catalysis too...and the Univ I have applied is known for inorganic, polymer and theoretical works...I have checked the profiles of the professors...I found one working on catalysis...but itz inorganic and application is based on organic reactions...I don't have much idea about this...but it seemed interesting...can you please advice me what should I do...how is this branch...inorganic catalysis...and itz application to organic synthesis

I had my interview at Iiser pune on 20th After the interview I sent an email to one of the professor sitting in the interview panel. In his reply he invited me to the institute to have a tour but at that time i had already left from pune to my home which is 2000kms away and i was in the midway. I appoligised him for not attending him He again replied "no worries". ALL THE BEST NOW what should i expect in such a situation about my selection?
