Thank you a lot for these videos! I started Shambavi around two months ago. The Shoonya class got filled up quickly but just found out Yogasanas are an option which I'm very tempted to attend.

Stabilizing the body is definitely a good thing in morning. For Shoonya it will be an advantage.

In second week of doing Yogasanas, my peeling out of skin in my foot were healed. Outer layer of skin of my feet used to come out n tear . There used to be wound inside n it would pain as tear up. I had to cut torn out outer layer n it never used to heal. After doing Yogasanas it was really miraculous that it got healed.

Hello brother at the beginning of yogasana what was in in your mind, like now I started doing angamardhana and Iam thinking why should Ido it what will I get by doing this, how to set up my mind. Please share brother.

See you essentially want pleasantness in all levels of your life. Whether it be in your body, emotion, mind and your fundamental life energies. However body is like a foundation. If your foundation is weak, then it is hard to build a strong structure on it. That's why you should do it. It is for yourself. Your body should not be a hurdle but a possibility. Feeling young, having a workout done is all side benefits that you will reap anyway. But essentially it is a foundation, so make sure it is built and sustained well. 🙏 Go by your name. RAM - brilliant warrior and at the same time, a very pleasant man.

There's no set path. I would recommend Surya Kriya or Shoonya. Do it regularly

Is there any need for angamardana when one does yogasanas?

Both are for different purposes. You can do both. It's better not to compare.

Anna Namaskaram, Are you able to do Bakasana and Mayurasana? I tried but not able to bcoz of right hand wrist pain...is this ok?? or would I be left out in the Yogasanas benefits?

Namaskaram Peter, you never want to put any kind of over pressure while doing the Asana. Just do your best. Also this question would be best to ask your Isha Hatha yoga teacher or practice support.

How much difference is between Surya kriya & yogasanas? I had done Surya kriya last year for 6 months it didn't help me...after that i did inner engineering... doing Shambhavi since a year now...but still i feel friction in the body... sometimes very much so i was thinking to learn yogasanas but I'm not sure what to do? Go for angamardana or yogasanas? Can you suggest please

I would definitely say Yogasanas is best for you. Because it is geared towards aligning the geometry of the body in such a way, that you will notice that the body is lesser of an issue during Shambhavi. Yogasanas also help with chronic ailments and will remove any friction in the body, to a large extent. So that's what I would suggest. 🙏🏽

Yogasanas take around 40 minutes

Are yogasanas decent enough substitute for angamardana.I mean during shambhavi there is a lot of resistance in my body…..Will yogasanas be fine for that too?

See don't get into hierarchical thinking. Which is better... Which is substitute... Your goal should be to do Hatha yoga with as much involvement as possible. If you do this, within a week your body's resistance will be gone. Whether it is angamardana or yogasanas. Both are amazing tools to enhance your body. Do it with utmost attention.

I used to eat eggs before but after shoonya I stopped it. I felt it was too heavy. I'm not saying the same for everyone, but just my experience.

Why only 21 instead of 84 yogasanas are taught in Isha hatha yoga teacher's training programme??

Because to start with, that's the best way. You wouldn't go into the gym and lift up 100kg right away as a beginner. If you consistently build the system then the body's geometry starts to get ready for deeper aspects. But directly just jumping into it is not a good thing because it will easily damage something.

@@impeccable8582 i have heard from Sadhguru's video that Only one asana is enough to open up all d door ways but the purpose of practicing 21 of them is to stabilize the body in a proper way. And 84 asanas are not needed
